These guys are great! I had brought my Dodge Ram Hymer RV to Dodge to repair the A/C system twice, for more than 1 months time. But Dodge could not determine why the A/C system was temperamental. They said “we’re sorry” and had us pick it up. A friend who owns an auto detailing shop recommended Polar Care. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a few days. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the services Polar Bear Auto Care provided.

Their staff is friendly and lightening fast! Kevin and Austin went above and beyond! My engine was even washed as a courtesy! I got my gray baby back better than I left her which is all I could have hoped for and more! Thank you Polar Bear Auto Care!

We have been using Polar Bear Auto Care for years, across many different vehicles, and couldn't be happier. When I got my Lexus a few years ago, it came with Lexus-provided care for the first year, so I used that, but it was annoying and inconvenient. When my car needed it's 30k service I called both Lexus and Polar Bear, and Lexus wanted $1700, Polar Bear was less than $400 for everything that Lexus recommended! Never went back to Lexus! My parents also use Polar Bear for their vehicles. Highly recommend!

Outstanding workmanship has been my experience at Polar Bear. Firestone recommend Polar Bear after the job was too much for them to handle. After having gone all summer in a heat wave without AC, this was quite a welcome repair! I dealt primarily with the lady in the office and she was great, however one of the gentlemen (who appeared to be in some priority role at this business) couldn't keep himself from making a political comment that was ignorant and racially offensive. People, especially those in business, should learn to keep their political and religious opinions to themselves. You're not doing yourself any favors when you leak on your customers. Aside from that my experience here was pretty good. The work was done when they said it would be, communication worked well in both directions, and I now have cool air in my vehicle.

Thanks to Kevin and the techs at Polar Bear. After putting up with an A/C issue in my F-150 since I purchased it 8 years ago they nailed it. The dealer and my mechanic had been telling me it was an inadequate design for that year and to just accept it. We have been on a 3 week road trip through all types of hot weather and have never been this comfortable.

I've been going to this shop for the last 10 years and I've never had any issues. The service staff is knowledgeable, informative and has gone out of their way on more than one occasion to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. It's very hard nowadays to find an honest and trustworthy repair shop that's why I recommend this one.

My auto ac started blowing hot air- 22 year old SUV, last ac service from Polar Bear was 10 years ago…. I believe it was definitely due..Their staff is knowledgeable, professional and the work was done in a timely manner- the price was reasonable. I do enjoy the upbeat tone of doing business and efficient business nature of the company and the quality of the work keeps us coming back - for years- They stand by their work and they take care of their customers as well. Polar Bear did a great job restoring my a/c to the way it worked many years ago. My compressor went bad, as well as the dryer, and all the freon had leaked out. They replaced all the worn-out parts and charged it back up, and now I'm cool again in the blistering heat. Thanks, Polar Bear!

Polar Bear was amazing as I brought them a 31 yr old vehicle that held special memories for our family. They were happy to take on the challenge of replacing the AC system. They turned our old 1999 Toyota Tacoma into an icebox! We love it. Especially when the temperatures reach that 110/116 F degrees! I highly recommend you check them out for all your automotive A/C needs!

Excellent service. Kevin and crew got us in and out in 24 hours for a minor repair and they had to wait for parts to come. We had a disagreement on the parts, but that was minor and did not hold up repairs.

I truly truly wants to thank POLAR BEAR for fixing my AIR CONDITION. I took my car to the dealership twice under warranty to have the AIR CONDITION fixed they put cooling in it and send it out but they never did a complete check On the CONDENSER and COMPRESSOR it cost me a bunch of MONEY to get it FIXED but it's worth it whatever you do do not BUY EXTENDED warranties FROM THE DEALERSHIPS THANK YOU AND THANK YOU POLAR BEAR TAKE YOUR CAR 🚗 TO THEM THEY WILL GET YOU RIGHT BABY 😁😁😁 I mean truly truly thank you and thank you My BLESS 🙏🏼 YOUR COMPANY. My TPMS light was on and I had somewhere 15 miles away I needed to be so I pulled in here and asked if they might be able to take a really quick look. Jessica came right out, checked my tires, and figured out which one was leaking, then put enough air in for me to get where I was going (and then the tire store - Jessica, if you see this, there was a screw in my tire!) without charging me. I can’t speak to the more substantive services offered here but I just had to express my appreciation to Jessica and the rest of the crew here. Thanks!

Polar Bear saved me over $1000! Got a quote at another shop after they recharged the AC and they told me I had a leak that would cost $1,500 to fix. I took it to Polar Bear who did an accurate diagnostic and there was no leak. They fixed it the same day and the staff were so very friendly - just like family. Highly highly recommend this shop!

We attempted to get an appointment for the dealership to fix our A/C. They were booking out almost 2 months. Got a referral from a mechanic we had used for many years and he sent us to Polar Bear. GREAT REFERRAL!!! Got us in the next week and had the work done right away. Super nice staff and a job well done. Will definitely refer them and use them in the future.
