Pretty disappointed and won't use them again. Had a blowout on a truck with supersingles a block from their shop. Yes it was after hours on a Sunday night. It ruined the wheel also. They showed up in less than an hour. However the bill was just under $1800 for one new Yokohama tire and a used wheel they had in the shop. I should have called Loves and will in the future

I was hired in August as a temp. The person in charge of training me hid from me, told me she wasn't going to train me, and proceeded to sit on her phone for two days with no guidance. I received no hands on training as I was thrown in with the wolves during busy season and intentionally set up for failure from the beginning. The lady previously in my position asked for her job back a couple days after I started. The manager terminated me at the end of my temporary contract and replaced the position the following week with this previous employee. Instead of telling me to look for something else or not waste my time, he encouraged me. I was given one day notice to find a new job. On top of this he did not tell me about any of my mistakes and fixed them behind closed doors to make me look bad. I do not feel I was given a fair shot in the dark or an opportunity to succeed in this position. All the while he will cover for his service techs who show up whenever they want. They quit and make a scene. The next day they have their job back no problem. If this position opens up for hire I would tread lightly.

I got a truck tire repair here. I also buy all of my truck tires here. They also offer heavy truck alignment. Very friendly helpful staff.

A friend recommended this Workshop to me. Since I arrived I was courteously welcomed by Mr. Dave, who is a true gentleman as well as having a good sense of humor. I explained my situation to him to which he paid close attention and he recommended a certain solution which worked correctly. Mr Dave knows his job well and does it very professionally. At the end I was happy with my truck alignment and I plan to return to put new tires on my trailer, etc etc.

Place is ran like a well oiled tight ship! Dave Major's knows his tire business better than any I've seen claiming to be the competition. Clean shop, office, warehouse and grounds. Place is impressive to say the least, tucked back in the middle of the shipping gauntlet of FedEx and many others. Easy to get to, easy to maneuver in and out even when busy!

The only tire shop for big trucks that I've ever pulled in to at five minutes to five to replace a steer tire and the crew stayed until they were done with the replacement and alignment. The manager ( Dave ) is experienced and knows his business. One of only a few shops in KC with 3-axle alignment service. Thanks guys!

Pomp’s Tire service literally saved me!! I was driving a suburban on the highway when everything went wrong! I couldn’t hardly steer! I yelled into Goggle for the nearest mechanic… and lucky they were right off the turn! They are for trucks but went ABOVE & BEYOND To fix my car. Even personally having to go pick up the right parts!!✨I don’t think there are words to fully explain how kind, respectful & trustworthy they ALL were!! Everyone!! Thank you ✨
