Took my truck in for diagnostic work. They gave me option on how best to fix it or work with it. After they did the work i asked if they could double check my break pads as i went over. They did great and charged all the work for a great price. Highly recommend to anyone

Dennis takes great care of the fleet of service trucks where I once worked! One call amd he would manage to fit pick up in the same day, no matter how busy the shop was. If you want cheaper, I'm sure there are other shops but if you want quality, pay Popes!!

Hushand's Ford Ranger was taken to garage in March 2018 to instead a "crate" engine. Later learned rebuild short block. After 20 months supposedly repaired, but don't want to give warranty. And want full payment without warranty.

This shop is a don't go to place took my car to them in September to be fixed I finally started to inquire about it cause I knew it would that sometime to fix so finally in April the guy tell me he done this n that to finally picking my car up and none of the the things I paid for was done not to mention my car had never been moved out the spot it was in from September to April an yet they still giving me the run around on what work they done to my car or refunding my money I paid them

Picked up my truck today and the door handle had been broken off and placed so as to fall off when opened. When I complained to the owner he became very angry and accused me of jumping on him. Once I had explained everything he begrudgingly offered to replace the handle. I declined to have him replace it and won't be taking him any more business. He may have been having a bad day, but I didn't appreciate the jacked up attitude. I've taken him a decent amount of business, and was going to let him do all the 3k service on my new work trucks. Pope has a good reputation but may need to get more sleep or take a vacation. Maybe try meditation or a vegetarian diet. A punching bag works for me.
