Yo! Adam saved us! We had an old vintage camper where all my studs snapped! The place we towed the trailer had no knowledge on how to take apart my drum to replace the studs and Insisted we purchase an entire new axel as well as new drums, berrings ect. Took my hub and drum over to pops and talked out what I needed with Adam! He went above and beyond with excellent communication! Saved us a ton of money

We stopped by at the end of business hours with 4 kids and an overheating car and they got us in and helped us on our way. George was so quick and efficient diagnosing and explaining the problem and they were so knowledgeable about our situation. They were so great and easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone!

I was on a road trip. Had a vehicle emergency in the desert, on a Friday afternoon. Called pops and they said if I could get the truck to them Saturday morning, they would fix it that day. They did, and got me on the road, back on schedule, with very short notice.

I have been to Pop's with 3 of the 4 cars we have and have always had AMAZING service! They were very straight forward, listened to what I was letting them know was going on, and even estimated what it could be. Their prices were cheaper than the dealership, and they worked very quickly. On our way to brining my son's old Honda Accord in for repair, he was hit, and then the guy left. We went to Pop's anyways, and they were so kind to him, and helped with letting us get pics from the security camera. They even tried to get the dent out! Today, when he went to pick up his car for an oil change, they surprised him with the dent in the door popped out, and they tried to fix the window piece that had also been dented. My son was so so happy to have his car looking a bit better, and they charged him nothing for their kind and thoughtful efforts! We are so grateful to have an amazing place like Pop's to help us take care of our cars!! We will always come back!

I took my 1979 El Camino here on March 14th to get it looked at after it failed a smog test. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning and didn't get a call about the status of it until Thursday morning. When I went back I was told that the engine needed to be replaced as well as the catalytic converter. While I appreciate their honesty in not trying to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs, I left without getting any work done on the car and paid $125 for the diagnosis. Fast forward to April 9th when I took the car to a 2G smog mechanic to get the car looked at. They tested it and determined that the only repair the car needed was a carburetor adjustment. They also told me that there was nothing wrong with the engine and that a catalytic converter wasn't needed for my car. After fixing the carburetor the car was tested again and passed smog. I don't know who is telling the truth regarding whether or not my car needs a new engine and/or carburetor so I won't blame this establishment for misleading me, I just question whether or not they could have diagnosed the carburetor issue and fixed it while having my car for nearly three days. I'm giving a four star review to be fair but I wasn't happy that they kept my car for that long, did no repairs, charged me $125 for a diagnosis, and didn't give me any paperwork regarding the results of the inspection.

Amazing work and amazing customer service. Never have I experienced such top notch work and professionalism from any mechanic or automotive shop in Vegas. Sam took time to explain process and went above and beyond to make things happen for my 66 mustang. The team treats you like family and is so honest/ thorough. DO NOT GET YOUR BRAKES DONE HERE!!!!!! Complete rip off they didn’t even change my back brakes like I payed for or turn rotors. Worst place to go to they just want the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great family run shop. Our van was having issues with head lights on a road trip and they went out of their way to help us out. They're also very well placed in the centre of the arts district right near everything in case you want to kill time while having your car looked at, definitely recommend!
