Arrived as scheduled for my major service appointment and was pleasantly greeted by Chris Overstreet, asked if I can speak with Dennis Gong, "The Forman of DTLA Porsche." Dennis is someone I knew about but never met. Dennis has extensive knowledge about Porsche, he and his staff performed all the necessary manufacturer's services, and also found a manufacturers warranty that needs replacement. Thank you Chris, Dennis and the entire staff of DTLA Porsche for your excellent service!!

Porsche DTLA has serviced my cars since 2006 and I have no plans to go anywhere else. They always give 5-star customer service: easy question/answer via text, quick to respond, always friendly and personable.

I have had a great experience at Porsche downtown service. I have been going there for the past few years for my car service and I am very satisfied with this place. All the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Jose Hernandez has helped me every time I go there. He is very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and communicative. He will take good care of you and make sure your car is done on time by his team. I used to go to another Porsche service in Beverly hills near my place but was not satisfied with their work. I think it’s worth a drive to Downtown for my car service to get service done from people you can trust. Their quality of service is amazing and I highly recommend this place!
