I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Porsche South Orlando Service Center. Yesterday, I received multiple calls from them asking me to bring my 911 in for a recall. They scheduled an appointment for today but then canceled and rescheduled several times. Eventually, someone called me again, stating that the recall was actually for my Cayenne, not the 911, and scheduled another appointment. Following their instructions, I drove to the service center today with my Cayenne and the EV Charger. Upon arrival, they informed me that they were not ready for the recall yet. This entire ordeal was a complete mess and an utter waste of my time. I never contacted them to request service; they reached out to me and ended up making me lose an hour of my day for absolutely nothing. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable for a brand like Porsche. I expected much better and am deeply disappointed.

Unfortunately what used to be a great dealer is now almost as bad as a Mercedes dealership, my brand new Taycan has been dead since this morning due to a drained 12 Volt accessory battery, called the dealership to see if they could send a tech out as there is a procedure to “jump” the car, service advisor said they don’t do that and that I should let the towing company to handle that, 2 different towing companies showed up and couldn’t start or move the car, long story short car has been dead and I’m stranded, and they don’t care. Porsche Orlando however decided take action and sending a tech out tomorrow to attempt to fix the Taycan. My disappointment is not entirely based on my experience with them today, I’ve owned a Cayenne before my Taycan, and I actually ended up selling it since they couldn’t sort out the problems I was having with it. I also agree with the other reviewer, they do a bad job washing your car, so make sure to opt out the car wash if you let them service your car.

Great dealership with great service and staff. I purchased my vehicle without personally seeing it since I live in a different state and once the vehicle arrived, I was extremely pleased. Jonathan provided me with exceptional service and took care of every question or issue I had. Overall my experience with purchasing my Porsche Panamera was very satisfying. I highly recommend this dealership to others.

I was very displeased with the service and professionalism this place offered. I left my Porsche to have an oil change done, and upon picking up my car, I noticed it was barely washed and cleaned properly, when the advisor told me they would do so. I also noticed that my back windows would not close anymore. I called the advisor to explain the problem, and I was very surprised with his tone. I expected a more helpful attitude but instead of that, it came off a bit rude. I hope in the future their services are a bit more helpful and professional because my experience today was very unpleasant.
