Was promised free tire rotation and 4 free flat repair when I purchased 4 new tires, the notebook where the promise was written is nowhere found when I needed a tire repaired. They then had a young male who I assume was learning, plug my tire, left residue all over the tire from the melted plug. Tire had cut marks from him trying to make the plug flush with the tire. Tire still wobbles.

10 minutes to get the flat fixed, $15. Lot better than getting it for free elsewhere but waiting hours

Got lucky with timing, was able to get a punctured tire plugged, $15, seemingly competitive price. I asked if I could get them rotated as well, and rather than put me in line they just banged through it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly and courteous.

Helped me out quickly, and were very kind. Open on Sunday. Saved me when I was in a pickle, and price was very reasonable. You don't find businesses with this combo of nice, fast and competent very often. If you need a fix for your tires, go here

This place is fantastic! Wonderful people, fast service and great prices. I really appreciate their honesty and that they only recommend anything that makes good sense. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been going to this place for years. I always get the best deals. Recently had a bent rim they diagnosed it for free. Then found me a great used tire to put on my spare rim which is full size and the best price. I had been looking for a used tire every where and without fail they had it and got me on the road.special thanks to Geff for all his help

Went there 2x--once I had a nail in my tire and the other time I needed new brake pads. Both times they were very reasonable. They accept walk-ins, but it can get backed up. Still, I highly recommend them.

Went to get my tires aligned, quoted $80. Of course I get the "treads too badly worn, you need to replace all your tires" line. Which fine...Told them I needed a cheap option, because, y'know, I'm as broke as most other people. Found me a set of 4 same brand and quoted $370 for 4 used tires. Fair enough. Go out to my car this morning, one of them is flat. Call AAA. Go back to them on my donut tire. This tire they sold me 1) wasn't mounted correctly, 2) had a nail hole and 3) had a hole on the side of the tire. They tried to patch the tire but then had to replace it. Only had a used tire with a different brand, and different tread level. Tried to play it off. Wouldn't offer a refund or any sort of consideration. Acted like they didn't really care about anything. Threw my donut tire in the back without even putting it away for me. Just awful service, talking shit about me in spanish while I pretended I am not fluent in the language. Anyway, do no reccomend, will never return. Fui a alinear mis neumáticos, me cotizaron $80. Por supuesto, recibí el típico "las bandas están muy desgastadas, necesitas reemplazar todos tus neumáticos". Lo cual, está bien... Les dije que necesitaba una opción económica porque, ya sabes, estoy tan quebrado como la mayoría de la gente. Me encontraron un juego de 4 de la misma marca y me cotizaron $370 por 4 neumáticos usados. Justo. Salgo a mi coche esta mañana, uno de ellos está desinflado. Llamo a AAA. Vuelvo a ellos con mi neumático de repuesto. Este neumático que me vendieron 1) no estaba montado correctamente, 2) tenía un agujero de clavo y 3) tenía un agujero en el costado del neumático. Intentaron parchar el neumático pero luego tuvieron que reemplazarlo. Solo tenían un neumático usado de una marca diferente y con un nivel de banda diferente. Intentaron disimularlo. No ofrecieron reembolso ni ningún tipo de consideración. Actuaron como si realmente no les importara nada. Tiraron mi neumático de repuesto en la parte trasera sin siquiera guardarlo por mí. Un servicio terrible, hablando mal de mí en español mientras yo fingía no ser fluente en el idioma. En fin, no lo recomiendo, nunca volveré.

Back in March I blew out the sidewall of my front right tire on a rough curb around 4:30pm on a Sunday. After getting help w/the spare, I managed to make it to Portland Tire Shop #1 before 6pm when they close - all the other tire shops in town already were. They had the tire replaced in 20 minutes for very little $$$. Two months later, same day same time I blew out the tire on the same curb. Repeated all of the same. Both times they were friendly, fast, very inexpensive and got me back on the road quickly when I had errands to run, etc. before the day ended. Highly recommended!

I was driving on the highway on my way to Seattle, when suddenly my car alerted an issue with the tire pressure. This was the closest shop and it was about 5 minutes before closing. I stopped, they were able to help me and get my children, elderly mother and I back on our road trip. Very nice people and super helpful!

I’ve been to this tire shop a few times now, and they’ve always been fantastic. No frills, just solid service. Got me in right away for a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff is super friendly and nice every time. Highly recommend for consistent and reliable service!

Most overpriced shop in town. Tried to charge me $150 to bolt off and bolt on my summer wheels.. a business around the corner did it for free. Absolute crooks

They did not give me the accurate price over the phone. And I ended up paying $300 more. Other than that, good work I suppose. Just be sure to get the price before they start the work. In writing helps.

This was such a pleasant experience, I highly recommend this place! I had a flat tire, originally tried going to Firestone since they're close to me. The wait was 6 days (!) so I called these guys and they said they could take a walk in. So happy I came here instead of Firestone because literally 10 minutes and 16 bucks later I was driving away with a fixed tire! The people here are super friendly, there was no wait, and they got right to work fixing my tire. They were able to pull out the screw I apparently drove over, and patch it up good as new. Easiest experience ever! I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

Do not use this place. Purchased a tire at a price and returned for another tire 2 weeks later on same exact size of used tire. Was given a price which was above purchased price. Same salesman informed me they never sell the tire at price I has explained I purchase at and had receipt. Questioned again if could purchase at the price prior but told never sell them at that price. I returned with receipt to prove it, just looked at with no change or comment from salesman. Will ot return

These guys (and girls) were so easy to deal with. I called, someone answered right away, I asked if they had the tire I needed for my 2007 Honda CRV (which they did), went up there, and with 10 minutes of getting there had a new tire on my car and was walking out the door. They installed it and everything I literally had to do nothing and they were amazingly affordable, not to mention friendly. I also REALLY appreciate the lack of attempted upselling me on things I didn't need or want. Highly recommend this place if you need to replace a tire!

Had a slow flat and this was one of the few shops in Portland open on a Sunday. After waiting in line for a long time at Jiffy Lube, went here instead. Service was fast and inexpensive. Great experience, and right next to the Cameo Diner if you need a place to hang while they work on your car :-)
