Called ahead for emission asked what time they close, answered at 3 pm got there at 2:48 ,there was no cars at line one guy come up to me said I'm closed! 🤷wtf you can make any excuses now

These are the slowest state inspectors in VA. I have been in line for almost an hour and they have completed 1 inspection. Clearly their customers time means nothing to them.

This station always has consistently high ethanol content in their E85 fuel during peak season. Spoke with the owner, he’s a car guy and apparently he had the first e85 station in nova. Super chill dude, would def come back again

This shop is amazing i come here for all my emissions and inspections as well as oil changes. Love is a great shop owner and his dog Rajah is the cutest shop dog 😁

I called ahead to inquire when they would stop doing state inspections for the day. They stated 3pm. I arrived at 1:42 and started waiting in line behind 4 cars. After about 30 min of waiting an employee comes out, walks up to the car waiting in front of me, and tapes a piece of paper that states “Last Car. Closed For The Day”.. there were no cars behind me and so I inquired why I wouldn’t be the last car serviced after waiting for 30min with everyone else. The employee just shrugged. Won’t spend a dollar here again. Currently at Lake Ridge Auto Care instead.

This place has gone downhill. I've been coming here for over 10 years to get inspections and small stuff like brakes. My recent experience was waiting 3 hours for a 5 minute emissions inspection that didn't happen. I went a different place the next day and even with 2 cars in front of me waited a total of 15 minutes. If customers that have been coming here for years are treated like this, how are they treating new customers? This place has seen better days. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the better service in the past.

When I arrived I was 7th in line for car inspection. More than 2 hours later and I was still 3rd in line. Ridiculous. Never wasting my time here ever again.
