I toke my truck to two ford dealerships and potranco auto did what they couldn’t do! And that was find that my truck batteries one was dead and the other had 30% life.

Love these guys. I'm one of those people who uses firestone for their cheap warranties and services but after taking my car in twice and still having the same issues, I decided to go with Potranco Automotive and had my car back in perfect condition the next day. Highly recommend this shop. Their work is exceptional and definitely worth the higher price tag. In the end I always save more money just going here instead of going to a chain where I end up having to bring my car in multiple times because they don't do the job right.

All of you at Potranco Automotive are so wonderful & helpful!! I barely got to begin reading an article in the tabletop TX monthly magazine when your team had already completed the repair of a windshield wiper that lost a screw & with replacing both wipers for me (I was there for less than 10 minutes - Woo Hoo)!!!! Thank you immensely once again (including Stacie who had already set up the appointment - based solely on our email conversation & photos of the broken driver-side windshield wiper)!!!

been taking our vehicle for several yr to this place for different needs oil, struts, checks, etc. I receive one contact person when I drop off my vehicle to follow the vehicle progress untill finished. We get along great! once they state it's finished pick up and payment fast and easy. if I notice anything after picking up the vehicle the next few days they get my vehicle right back in, usually not needed. warranty on most work, for x miles/yrs. they are great at getting good products for my vehicle.
