Fantastic people, great shop and professional service! I needed a new set of tires and spoke with Brad about how my truck has been riding and stopping rough. After a new set of Nitto Recon Grappler tires, replaced the rotors and brake pads, an alignment and replaced my control arms, my truck rides and stops like it's brand new! My husband brought our truck here to be serviced and the disrespect that we received was beyond me. I told my husband we should go elsewhere, but he insisted on staying here because his boss referred him to this place. Well against my will he dropped it off there anyway and now we have to pay out of pocket over 2800 dollars because.. they installed an old clutch instead of putting a new one on there like we agreed on, when we dropped it off it wasn’t shaking and it didn’t have any clicking noises coming from it and now it does! Now to fix it the correct way it’s costing over 2800!!! Unless you have money to throw away, don’t come here!!

Brad and Travis at Powerhouse Diesel is the best crew I have ever experienced at a diesel shop. They have taken care of me and my truck for the last 2yrs. I am a Hotshotter and my truck gets used quite of bit and they are there to get me back on the road as fast as possible. Brad is the best! Helped me understand a little more of my needs and things I didn't need. They do very good work! When you have a major issue with your truck, you need somebody that'll talk to you and help you understand what's going on and how they're going to deal with the issues. Kinda like when you go to the hospital you need the doctor's to talk to you. Get in asap cuz it could take up to a month because of all the trucks waiting to get in. I've had major tranny issues that were finally resolved, and so far driving hm today all seemed well! Again thxs to the techs in the shop, Brad (shop foreman) and the girls in the office.

We own a 6.7 leaker ford and recently started having trouble with it, to the point where it wouldn't start . We asked around for a good diesel shop and everyone recommended Powerhouse Diesel. They went through our truck and they had their work cut out for them I did mention it's a ford. It runs great and I would recommend Powerhouse diesel to anyone looking for a good honest diesel shop.

I’m very pleased with the quality and costumer service of this company. I’ve been running the 6.7 pusher intake for about 4 months now. I absolutely love it. If you’re good with a wrench then the install is relatively easy. When I ordered my intake I had an issue with the color I picked not being in stock. I shot out an email and same day I got a response. I jumped on the phone and it was settled and on the way. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Oh and they send stickers, who doesn’t love stickers.

Powerhouse Diesel was excellent with extremely fast shipping; received in one day without paying for next-day shipping…but I’m only a couple of hours away. Still impressive that Powerhouse actually shipped so quickly after I submitted my order. Will definitely shop Powerhouse first for future diesel needs.

Unless you want to be without a truck for over a year for them to work on it…and replacing a BRAND NEW MOTOR within a year and a half because of incorrect torque specs/poor execution…..RUN. Owner will not stand behind his work. Unless you got 20k to piss away…run. Ask around…this guy has a reputation.

Customer service review: Not impressed at all. We ordered injectors, opted to send in cores first. There were zero instructions on the website anywhere that instructed how to do so. We waited for about a week, waiting for some kind of written instruction, never received any. We finally reached out to see what was going on and they said they left a voicemail. I searched and did find one single voicemail after a week of waiting (my mistake is that after setting up a new phone the voicemail function did not transfer, so i was not being notified of voicemails). We voiced our frustration to the team that we had no reason to check for a voicemail as nowhere on the website does it state what to expect when you select to return cores first, not even a simple *our team will reach out to with further instructions when the core charge is opted out of*......nothing. We've dealt with core returns before and we always had clear instructions from the beginning on what to expect. Without any instructions from Powerhouse, I assumed they would email a return label and that way they'd have the information for when cores are on their way. Nothing of the sort happened, despite the shipping being paid if you paid the core charge. Very negligent on Powerhouse Diesel's end. I asked for a shipping label to be provided, since they DO provide a shipping label for core returns, they refused to supply one. Injectors are still being installed, so I won't speak on the quality of their products, only that their customer service end was negligent and they did not take responsibility for their negligence. Now, I see an updated, yet still confusing, addition added to the injector purchase description, that still does not clarify instructions for returning cores first nor who is responsible for the cost of shipping, only states its the biyers responsibility TO ship. No instructions on where to ship, to provide the tracking code, not even to expect a phone call. The least that should be done is to create a detailed explanation of what to expect when you opt out of the core charge even just in the FAQ, at MINIMUM stating that you should expect a phone call with further instructions. Powerhouse expected the tracking number to be emailed, but also said if we had shipped it without letting them know it would have caused confusion. So there was no way for us to have known to keep an eye out for a voicemail, nor any way for us to find any other information on the process. Our purchase was frustrating and the lack of remedy to the frustration is what brings me here.

I've got a 2005 6.0l powerstroke and I bought tunes from Travis and they are the best tunes I've ever had! I will never go anywhere else for tunes for my 6.0 ever again! He was super helpful with answering my questions. 10 out of 10 service. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Bought a control arm kit for my ram 2500. Parts were great quality and fabricated well. Delivery takes awhile because the are custom made per order but are worth the wait for sure. Best product on the market right now. Would go with anybody else!

I had my brand new 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate 3500 DRW at the dealer 4 times for a wobble or shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds. They balanced all 6 tires, They force tested all 6 tires and replaced the front two. They did a front end alignment and it was better but still had a shake at highway speed. I am a certified mechanic and this was unacceptable to me. I purchased KRS619 Steering stabilizer and KRSS15 Bracket. Easy install no drilling, perfect fit. This solved the problem. The truck now drives like it should. Thank You!

Recently purchased 2 tunes for my 6.0 power stroke and they are the best tunes I have gotten written for my oversized injectors. No one else could get it right.

They kept me in the loop on every service that they were going to perform, and they did everything as expected and exceeded expectations. This was not an easy repair on my diesel engine although it was a simple leak. It was quite involved. Thank goodness I have a specialist that knows what they’re doing on diesel Motors.
