I recently used the pre-purchase inspection service provided by this company to purchase an Audi R8 from Audi Orange Park dealership. I live out of state, so I wanted to make sure I hire a reliable company for the inspection. Alex (the owner) did a phenomenon job. He gave me a same day service, went to the dealership, video-called me while inspecting the car and went over all the details with me. He provided very details report with pictures. Outside of all that, he is a true gentleman. I can tell he does the work because of the passion he has on cars.

From the first call through, and beyond delivery, Alex has been amazing to work with.  He is very attentive and helpful.  I live 2 hours away and he was accessible during the late afternoons for me to visit after work. He definitely has knowledge about vehicles, and about the specific one I acquired from him.  If you are thinking about aftermarket products to add to your vehicle, he knows about that stuff too.  Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Very Happy with Alex and Precision Auto Source. I purchased a 2003 E55 AMG from Alex. The Car is in excellent condition and Alex's description of the car was spot on. Extremely hesitant to purchase a Car sight unseen over the internet. When I brought up these fears to Alex he was kind enough to video call me and walk me around the car so I could be sure the car was real ... He (Alex) was real and this was not just some scam. Once Alex put me at ease he helped me set up the shipping of the car and I received it a few days later. Purchased a 2004 SL55 very professional and smooth transaction! This was the first time ever buying a car unseen but Alex made it easy !! This small Jacksonville used car dealership is run by a good man who enjoys the cars he sells and also takes effort to know them, mechanically, before they are sold. Alex was thorough and honest in describing the condition of the Mercedes SLK 55 AMG during my initial phone call. He gladly sent me the Carfax and a VIN report detailing very item as it was built in 2006. The car was exactly as described after I drove 3 hr. to see it. He is a no-high-pressure guy and wants the customer to be happy with the chosen vehicle. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with my purchase, which was made convenient by Alex's willingness to meet the following week at a time when I could have my wife drive me. Paperwork was simple and he even mailed me a check for the difference in the registration cost that he handled for me. Trust doesn't come easily today, but I really strongly believe you can find it at this Jacksonville used car dealership. When it is time to buy my next used car, I will call ahead and ask Alex to find me a good example of what I am looking for. He is a true "car guy," so I know I can trust him with that, too.

First time car buyer, awesome experience. Purchased a beautiful near mint 2003 4Runner V8 from Alex, and it was an extremely smooth experience. No hassle, no hidden fees, no snake oil, and a clear firm price based on comparable sales and the car's excellent condition. After calling Alex on Sunday morning, he was happy to meet me a few hours later at his shop so I could inspect and test drive the car. He was very accommodating - he cleaned minor stains from the headliner, allowed me to watch him scan the car's computer, and allowed me to complete a thorough inspection of the car. He also demonstrated several features of the car and explained how they work, like the 4WD locking differential settings and the 4HI/4LO shifting sequence. After leaving a deposit, he agreed to hold the vehicle for me until I could get cash from the bank for the purchase. Next day, the purchase appointment lasted about 45 minutes. Alex walked me through all of the paperwork and explained everything I was signing, without rushing me at all. He also offers a warranty program through another company at discounted prices. I am writing this review the day of my purchase and am extremely pleased overall, with both the quality of the vehicle and the ease of the purchase. Thank you Precision Auto Source!

If there were a sixth star, Alex would be getting it.... Hands down, honest and trustworthy and the best car purchase experience of my entire life..... My old faithful 2002 Chevy van had finally reached retirement, rather unexpectedly. I was in a pinch and definitely not looking to be locked down with a car payment and I also had a limited budget. I 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 had to do my homework to get this done right the first time. So I began searching for a replacement. Anyone in this situation can understand it can truly be a headache searching and dealing with big dealerships and pushy salespeople. I do all sorts of work and hobbies. One of which is delivering wedding cakes, so I needed a vehicle that was pretty versatile. After 2+ weeks of headaches, stress, finding rides and searching far and wide, I had it narrowed down to two vehicles. One was an hours ride south in Ocala and the other, an hour and a half ride north in Jacksonville. I checked out the one in Ocala first since it was closer. It was beautiful but didn’t quite check all of the boxes. It was a bit of a disappointment. I had been communicating back and forth with Alex about a vehicle I was interested in at Precision Auto Source and was excited to see it. I’ve owned Cadillacs of various models in all shapes and sizes since the first one I bought when I was 19 years old, but never a Cadillac that I could 𝒉𝒂𝒖𝒍 stuff in...!!! It was an hour and a half away and I had lots of questions and hoped for answers before making the trip. Alex responded quickly and answered every question I threw at him. Which alone, was amazing. I was so sure I was making the right choice, that I showed up in Jacksonville with a check in hand ready to drive away in my 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒆, Cadillac. It was even nicer than in the photos..! Once I met Alex in person, he shared his history and his love for cars and his love of family then once saw the vehicle..... it was as if he had 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒅 the vehicle just for me....!!! Not just because it was a Cadillac, but that particular model has a separate cooling system just for the cargo area...!!! Wait.... What.....??? Considering my circumstances and needs, 𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔, there couldn’t have been a better vehicle for me.! I know this is a long review, but is needed and well deserved and like I said at the beginning, without a doubt, the 𝑩𝑬𝑺𝑻 experience ever. Thank you Alex...!!!

Precision Auto Source exceeds Expectations! I recently had a great experience with Precision Auto Source. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Alex was very friendly, helpful, and honest. I was looking to buy a used car and I finally found one.I asked Alex for his feedback right before I signed the papers.He took the time to check the car’s history, in and outs as well as inspecting the car. He is very knowledgeable and honest.He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and if it was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I was very pleased with the level of his expertise and the customer service provided. What started out as a positive experience with this Company turned out to be a horrible one. I will try and condense my experience. I was incorrectly charged Florida Sales Tax and fees when I bought my car from this company. Ok, mistakes happen. He refused to do anything about this to make things right, turned it over to an attorney, and over one year later after filing claims with various entities, I still havent been refunded the money I was made to pay in error..more than $1,000. The claims are ongoing. Additionally, I discovered that if the owner doesnt know something, he will just make something up. If i would have listened to what he said about those things I would have been further inconvenienced and have wasted more money. I suggest avoiding this place
