Being a single female it's hard to know if you are being taken advantage of when dealing with car issues. This is my 3rd visit to this shop over the last few years. I had my 06 Honda sitting for a few months and wanted it checked out before I put it back on the road. They gave it a full inspection bumper to bumper & explained to me what needed to be done in order of importance. I really appreciated that. I had my old mechanic (retired) review the suggestions & they agreed with them. That made me feel really good. I will continue to take my car there.

Hated my truck being there. Charged me for a battery and told me that was the problem, it wasn't and the terminals weren't even cleaned! Said my truck threw all kinds of codes and when I talked to them they were stumped because there was NO CODES! Wasn't a good experience

I have a 2018 kia ,and I came in with a serious engine oil leak .They also found issues i wasn't aware of. I'm so happy precision did all of the talking for me so I didn't have to talk to my warranty company at all .I'm happy !! Also precision automotive did such a great job finalizing the repair and diagnostic of my car ,above and beyond 😀

The customer service was satisfactory. The report provided valuable information, but it seemed they limited my options and strongly suggested replacing my truck’s engine. Here’s the statement report they gave me: Confirmed customer complaint: Check engine light is on. Vehicle scanned for codes, revealing one active P3449 cylinder number 7 deactivation control unit. Road-tested the truck and monitored data, confirming that cylinder number 7 solenoid was functioning. However, I could hear a slight internal ticking knock sound. To confirm the issue, I would need to remove the intake manifold. Considering the internal noise, the customer might consider an engine replacement. The estimated cost for engine replacement was $15,000, which disturbed me. I decided to explore other shops to assess their capabilities and explanations. One mechanic shop removed the intake to discover a rat had chewed up wiring, barely holding it together. The cylinder number 7 solenoid was severely damaged and required replacement. They also conducted further inspections and found no other issues with the engine. They provided detailed pictures of their work, which was impressive. They informed me that my engine was in excellent condition except for the solenoid and the damaged wiring. In the end, the repair cost me just under $1500. My engine will continue to function optimally for many more miles. I mentioned this company to the mechanic that they would recommend replacing the engine due to its common breakdowns at this mileage (over 174,000 miles). While they agreed the recommendation, it wasn’t necessary if they had performed a thorough inspection, which they didn’t. If they had, precision automotive services the cost would have exceeded the base price of $182, the other automotive shop offered for $160. They also exceeded my expectations in terms of the repairs. So, I’m saying, if you choose to go with them, that’s fine. If not, be prepared to research and seek alternative options. That’s all I have to say. I hope this helps.

Very honest automotive shop I really like their customer service and they're very understanding and kind to me and their prices are very fair and not overpriced like a lot of automotive shops. My truck was too far gone or I would have got it fully fixed there but I'd really appreciate their honesty with my truck. Plus their patience of me picking my truck up I'll for sure take my next diesel trucks and vans there for sure. Glad I went there and tried them out thanks again

My wife’s Lexus air conditioning is important this season with the global warming issues… one needs an effective cooling system… the issue was the blower,& this repair shop discovered so quickly the problem … the blower is also needed for cold weather comfort… so repair was essential! Precision auto managed the repair quickly and expertly … we are back on the road and we’ll recommend this place to all our friends and family. Thanks Precision and staff… and the front man who started that whole wonderful process was an Angel… Gonzalo was wonderful!

We only got as far as a diagnostic because the car we took in had too many repairs and was too old to be worth fixing, but they were wonderful with us! Gonzalo was very professional and friendly and so delightful to work with! Their inspection was very thorough and they were very knowledgeable. Their diagnostic notes were detailed and understandable. Precision Automotive was very HONEST with us and we were very grateful for their integrity. They did not do more than necessary to figure out the problem. They did not overcharge us. And they were upfront in telling us that the repairs we had asked for were too expensive for the value of the vehicle and encouraged us to consider our options. They did NOT push us to spend money on a lost cause. We definitely plan to come back for any repairs we might have on our other vehicles in the future. We know we will be in good hands!

I came in with a multitude of issues: ABS system, Ignition, electrical, and sensor misfire. Had to come back a couple of times, but eventually the issue lay with the alternator. Thanks Jason, Gonzalo and Jessica for keeping in touch and fixing my Nissan!

Precision did a great job on my E-350 van it runs smooth and it like a different vehicle!! I had a few things fixed or repaired and I Thank you, so much and they did have it for a whole week !! They made sure it was done right!

Had a great experience with Precision. They fixed my problem with the car not holding a charge and took the extra step to hold it over the weekend to make sure it still started. They even went out of their way to try and figure out why the car was having trouble passing smog. I would highly recommend them.

I drive far out of my way to take our cars here. They really are the most competent and honest people I've found in the area. They also have fantastic communication, which is hard to come by in this industry. Hoping to not need them again for a long time, but glad they're here!

This company claims to specialize in Diesel engines but clearly does not. I brought my 2003 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke in for a no power issue when cold. I was charged a $375.00 Diagnostics fee and two weeks later told they "may" have fixed it. I started the truck the next day when cold and it wasnt fixed so i returned it to be fixed again. They had the truck another week then called saying they needed to charge me more money to remove my Turbo to look at the itp sensor. I told them that the technician clearly doesnt know how to work on this Diesel because the sensor is easily accessible without pulling the turbo as he is requesting more money to do. I have changed this sensor myself in 5 minutes so I know more than the tech. I decided to go pick up my truck and bring to a real Shop that wouldnt just keep adding to the bill without knowing what was actually wrong. Upon picking up my truck the Service writer admitted his Tech was wrong about having to remove the Turbo but yet didnt offer a refund of Diagnostics fee for not finding or fixing the problem. BEWARE!!!! DONT TRUST THIS SHOP!! PROMISED THEY COULD FIX MY ISSUE AND FAILED!!! They had no idea what they are doing.

I have been going to these guys for a couple years now. I don't get the impression they're the cheapest out there, but their service and quality are excellent. They keep you updated via email ext while they assess and work on your car, and are very helpful and work to find the best solution for you they can.
