I will like to thank everyone involved in getting my vehicle back to me it wasn’t no one who made me felt uncomfortable, everyone was knowledgeable and the owner made sure he did as we ask and was very helpful the only thing I suggest is to remind them of anything that’s needed to be known they deal with lots of customers so keep that in mind and my car was shining and back like it wasn’t even in a big accident Thanks!

Recently scratched my brand new Infiniti SUV down to the metal about 5 months after purchasing (I was attacked by a mail box lol) and was completely frustrated! A relative referred me to Precision Collision. This was by far one of THE BEST experiences I’ve had dealing with a shop. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. I was so concerned about overspray when you open the doors or being able to tell I had only one side of the vehicle repainted… none of that! The team calmed my nerves, walked me through the process, got me in & out quickly and didn’t take my head off on the price. The paint seriously looks brand new again! Whew!

I'll never forget my experience at Precision Collision. The staff was warm and welcoming. Everyone there were very professional and attentive to my concerns. Mr. Null is a godsend. He not only told me what my issues were, he also educated me on them as well. It's a great feeling to be able to do business with a company that's honest and trustworthy. Mr.Null is an absolute angel!!! That man went above and beyond for me. I faced quite a few hurdles along the way, but he was patient, understanding and helped me get to the finish line. Mr.Null runs a very professional and respectful business. I'm truly grateful for all the motivation he gave me and just how much he cared. It was obvious he wanted to help me as much as he could and when I was discouraged he encouraged me to remain optimistic and to not give up. After about 3 months of going back and forth with the insurance company, I finally recieved a check for the damage done to my car. I dropped my car off at Precision at the end of May and it was ready for pick up a couple weeks later. I am beyond pleased with the results. Mr. Null and his employees brought my car back to life. My car doesn't even look like it was ever in a wreck. Leslie was sweet and very informative as well, whenever I had to speak with her. His entire staff were all friendly and helpful. Mr. Null is a man for the people, more importantly he’s a man of God. My back was against the wall and he helped me through my whole experience. My car was not drivable, and he walked me through the insurance claim process as if I was his own child. He taught me a few lessons about life and staying on track with God so I can lead my family. If I have any problems in the future Mr. Null and his staff will be the first people I call for any body work I need on my car.

I have been coming here over 10 years and everytime I come I always have a great experience. The staff is kind, it's organized,and clean. They take their time with their customers and explain what services are needed for your vehicle before and after. I called and they said they could give me an estimate, I got there, guy said he couldn't give me one, I had to get in touch with insurance, hell ,I didn't know you needed insurance for estimate, but Serra gave me one, without deception, Don't go there.

This is the best collision shop in Birmingham, Al. They are the most caring, nicest people I have ever dealt with. They really care about your vehicle and work their hardest to fulfill your needs to get your vehicle back into shape. The owner Phillip is one of the most respectful, well experienced business owners I’ve come across and he really cares about his customers and that is an amazing thing in this world today. You can trust this company to get all your needs handled and make sure your car is what you expect it to be and better. I brought my car here in July to get it fixed and they have done the best job ever helping me even with the horrible blue fire insurance company I had who didn’t want to fix my car. They helped me get a total loss package and made sure I received what my car’s worth and value and did not let me settle for less. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone in this area, they have really made this experience stress free.

First of all, the customer service is top notch. When you pull into the parking lot there's someone meeting and greeting you!! I loved that! I needed some body work and replacement of my front bumper. This was not insurance related. They told me the estimate of the work and it was quite reasonable because I'd checked with other businesses and they were higher. Phillip told me when to drop it off and I did. It was a fast turnaround and I was floored when I saw my CAR! He and his techs really did an EXCELLENT job! I would recommend Precision Collision to all my friend because they are the best I've seen in a very long time and affordable!

Used PC for collision repairs. Phillip and family did a wonderful job on the repairs and it looked like nothing ever happened to my car. They ensured everything was right. Had a small issue when we picked the car up and left the garage at the end of the day and they opened right back up and handled the issue and ensured training would be given for future prevention. Easy to get in touch with. Deborah called every Tuesday and Thursday with an update. Another lady did too. Phillip was very kind and explained things to us. You can tell it's a family thing and they do what they can to make it right. I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repairs. Very nice atmosphere and nice people to meet and chat with.

I am completely impressed!! They paid attention to every little detail!! I was updated every week about the progress that was being made on repairs to my car and even when it took longer than expected they made the proper adjustments to make sure that I was a satisfied customer!!
