Well, I trust Fritz and Alex Meyers knowledge of diagnosing problems with my car. They both go over it with a fine tooth comb. I appreciate their honesty. They don't force a service on you. I like it that they show me the parts that need to be fixed. So I can learn and understand the cars functions. I've taken our cars here to this business for 20 years. I highly recommend them to take care of your cars needs. They keep good records of services completed and send coupons to your inbox to help us keep us and our cars safe on the road. They are cheaper than going to the dealership for repairs.

My Lexus RX350 was experiencing problems with the driver's side window controls. All of the windows were open and the individual door controls would not work either. Fritz and his staff identified the obscure electrical issue without having to replace any of the computers involved, saving me a lot of cash. Nice to have working windows again! Thanks Precision Imports! Went back for standard winter maintenance and had the same, conscientious work at a reasonable price. Precision is a keeper.

My 10 year old Subaru needed quite a bit of maintenance work done and had an odd issue with the horn. I liked that they researched the horn problem and found the solution. They did a nice job.

Last month I was in for a scheduled tune up service at Precision Import Auto Service. Spark plugs and wires and fuel filter were replaced on my 2001 Toyota Camry; now 22 years old and which is running very well, getting good gas mileage and has no oil leaks of any kind. That's pretty impressive and much of this has to do with addressing regular routine maintenance, which I believe in based on manufacture's advice. That said, I know I could not afford the prices at a dealership. I've been fortunate to save at much as 25% of repair costs at times by taking my vehicle to Precision Import. Loyal customer now for over 30 years. I have only owned 2 cars in that entire time; my 23 1/2 year old Honda Accord and now this older 2001 Toyota Camry that I purchased in 2012, when it was finally time to say good bye to my beloved 1988 Honda Accord.
