Still going to Precision for any repairs needed for my vehicle. I've been taking my 2013 toyota prius c there for 10 years, and 2 different cars there, before that, since 2004. My Dad has been going there for years before that. Frank has been there since I started going, and is always very helpful. I definitely highly recommend this shop.

My wife has been happily using precision imports for years. I usually do my own maintenance, however my a/c was being weird and I needed a big tune-up. I am more than happy I brought my ride to precision. The a/c is blowing cold again, woohoo! And they gave me a great price on my other services as well. The communication was great and the team was really friendly. Enjoyed chatting about BBQs and stuff, very cool team. I would happily recommend precision for anyone looking for a quick and honest shop to take your car to. Thanks!

Best repair shop in Phoenix. These guys do outstanding work and are the most honest mechanics I've ever worked with. Their recommendations are always spot on and based on what is needed for the customer rather than how much money they can make. I trust them explicitly and take both my Acura and Porsche there.

I have just spent thousands across the street, and I could have saved hundreds if I had first come here. When I called to ask if someone could just tell me if I should drive my car and identify a leak, Precision Motors said yes where everone else it would take days. I brought it in the next day and my leak was identified and under warranty across the street. Not only did the parts have to be replaced just 6 months from being purchased but other Work was done without my approval. Precision Motor charged me a minimal charge of $30. In the short time I have worked with Precision Motors I immediately saw a difference in honesty and good faith.

I've only known one other place/person/mechanic that is as honest & does great work at ALSO fair prices. And that's .... MD Automotive (on Monroe St.) (Mike Manion) but AL is FABULOUS! These are the ONLY two places I'd take my vehicle. Period. Knowledgeable, honest, fair & kick butt!! 😁👍

Was referred here by a coworker and so glad I went here. Frank was straight to the point and honest with his opinion. I came here for a second opinion after Midas found issues with my car. Would like to recommend Frank, Al & their team at precision Auto in Phoenix to any one needing car repairs. This is the second time I've taken my 2010 Chevy Mailibu there for repairs. The first time was to replace the water pump and second was for a transmission.leak. On the transmission leak the replaced the left seal and put a new pan on. Very satisfied with their services and prices EXCELLENT REPAIR FACILITY!!!

Precision Imports is the best auto repair shop in Phoenix. I've been taking my cars there for 12 years. I've never had to take my car back for additional service after whatever it needed was done. Frank and Al are great to work with. No nonsense, fair, honest and they employ excellent mechanics.

This place saved us over $1,500 after we were quoted $1,900 elsewhere. The guys at precision did the same work for $450!! We were able to do after hour drop off/pick up and they got the work done fast. So thankful for them and will absolutely use them again in the future!
