I highly recommend the fast professional and honest service I received from the owner Mr. Hoan Pham! .. I brought in my 2008 Dodge Ram truck I was experiencing an exhaust leak and a EVAP leak he quickly jumped into action and literally with in minutes he’d found both problems and resolved my issues I was back on the road ! I thanked him! And I waited for the bill… I asked him how much do I owe you?, and Mr. Pham to my surprise quickly replied no charge! I was shocked! .. Especially when other shops were charging a minimum of $175/$205 just to open the hood , you just don’t find this kind of honest professional knowledgeable mechanic shops anywhere! I highly recommend you take your vehicles to Mr. Hoan Pham’s Precision Smog and Tune! This will be the last Shop you’ll ever need to go for honest fast repairs! Thank you again Mr. Pham

Very nice place for a smog! It was clean and the staff was very helpful! I made an appt and didn't have to wait more than 15-20 min for the entire process to be finished! I'll definitely return, and I will recommend to friends and family! Thank you guys! 😊✌️

This old fire station location of many decades turned auto repair shop are my "go to" guys; not just for their more than reasonable smog certs price (they beat everyone locally), but just a friendly and helpful group of mechanics to get the job done..Always highly will recommend! A+I came back again yesterday and picked up my Tundra with a new Toyota Starter and needless to say, I ADORE these guys! Their pricing & labor beat any shop around in town! They will be my lifelong shop for all my Rides.."Hoan" is the "BEST"! 5☆☆☆☆☆

Came in to get my timing adjusted and in the 10 minutes I was there, I not only got to see why Hoan's shop has almost 5 stars, but his integrity and kindness. Hoan is awesome and is very flexible and patient when it comes to calling to make an appointment as well. I could not recommend coming here for repairs enough, Hoan is the guy to trust !

He and his staff, who, by the way have been working at PS&T for years, some since before I became a customer, know what they're doing. His prices are the fairest I've encountered. Precision Smog and Tune on Florin Road, I couldn't be happier with their service. The technicians there are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car, and it's running better than ever. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their ability to explain the problem to me in a way that I could understand. On top of that, their charges were very reasonable. I've been to other auto shops in the past that have charged exorbitant prices for similar services, but Precision Smog and Tune provided excellent quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend to anyone in need of automotive services in the Sacramento area.

I called at 4:17 to ask if they were still doing smogs because they close at 5:00. They said come in before 4:30 and they can take care of me. I arrived at 4:29 and they told me to come back the next day. The gentleman that told me that after he told me to come back the next day abruptly left the room so I couldn't even ask any more questions beyond that. Probably one of the most unprofessional things that's happened at a smog shop. Beware. Don't go there. Choose another place
