Had to make an appointment ahead of time but totally worth it. Had my chevrolet 1500 rebuilt. They did not do it right the first time and my truck broke down within a week or so and had to bring it back to get fixed again. Love that they back up their work. Will always use these guys. Highly recommend.

RJ and his crew just rebuilt our 2014 Chevy Silverado transmission and they above and beyond on the job they did !!! The price was very fair and couldn't have been anymore fair, they was friendly and answered all our questions !!! You won't find anyplace that's any better then RJ , you find a cheaper price but nobody can match quality of work!!!

Was referred to Precision Transmission by a local mechanic. I picked my 2012 Tahoe up today. The service was fantastic from scheduling to completion. Business has been in same location for 34 years. Owner drives every vehicle before it’s returned to customer. Great experience.

Best price in the Tri-Cities. They got me in the following week and I had it back within the week. I had my transmission rebuilt and torque convertor replaced. I highly recommend Precision Transmission and will se them in the future.

Extremely pleased with the work that was on my caravan! The customer service was great dropping off and picking up I was by myself hauling the vehicle there I asked if I could have some help unloading it they were really nice getting it unloaded it took a week and half to fix it and prices are great would definitely recommend coming here for transmission work.

I left a negative review on this place because we had a bad experience when I called them a while back. I removed it because I went to their shop and spoke with them in person and they are very nice people after all. I guess we can all have a bad day. I will have Them rebuild my transmission when they are able to get to it. I think it will be Worth the wait. UPDATE. RJ AND HIS CREW ARE WONDERFUL AND HONEST. THE OTHER TRANSMISSION SHOP MESSED MY TRANSMISSION UP SO BAD RJ BOUGHT ANOTHER TRANSMISSION AND REBUILT IT. MY CAR WORKS AS GOOD AS A NEW ONE. I RECOMMEND RJ, PRECISION TEANSMISSION 100%

They are backed up months in advance but we'll worth the wait. I bought a truck that had the transmission put in by the owner who made mistakes, I couldn't get in here for almost 4 months so I took it to another transmission shop who only made things worse. I was almost ready to write it off as a loss when my appointment finally came up. These guys fixed several different problems caused by other mechanics plus the original problem for a very reasonable fee and had it done in a week. They are honest , God fearing, and really know their stuff. I always heard if a restaurant is crowed then the food is good, that's how this place is.

I had transmission troubles with my Silverado. This place was recommended to me by a good friend and I have to say I am very pleased with the work. Complete rebuild on my transmission at a very reasonable cost. My truck was in and done a just under a week. One thing that impressed me was the owner test drove my truck himself after the repair to assure there were no issues. Fantastic job and I highly recommend RJ to anyone in need of a fair and honest automotive work.

RJ and the rest of the crew are incredible. The very BEST! This is the only place I would ever take any of our vehicles for transmission repair or rebuild. He rebuilt our suburban transmission almost 100K miles ago and it is still going strong. My son in law bought my Dodge diesel. Similar great experience with it. I've sent countless friends and family there. They are all satisfied. Great job, fair prices and always very kind. Thank you Stanley's! My '66 Chevelle SS is coming next for service.

RJ is a great guy and runs an honest shop, he didn't try and sell me a bill of goods like alot of other shops out there. Hands down one of the best Transmission shops around!

The ONLY shop that would even work on my Fiestas output shaft. I had the shaft removed and needed a knowledgeable place to press some gears off and press new ones on. No where in town wanted to attempt it due to their own reasons. Moving on, not only was I able to drop the output shaft off in the morning, no appointment, and pick it up SAME day! Was able to get my car back on the road and everything is flawless thanks to them. 5 stars and will return for any transmission work without hesitation.
