I desperately needed my battery replaced (the car was going to need a jump if I turned the ignition off) and I already had the new one with me since I just purchased it. I felt really bad because they were closing in thirty minutes, but it was the only place close to the shop and they had me out of there in ten minutes. They were so nice and sent me on my way with the old one to recycle. They didn’t charge me anything which was so generous. I’m sure they just wanted to close up and it was probably their easiest job of the day, but it really meant a lot to me.

Avoid at all costs. I came in asking for a diagnosis with a transmission issue. After 4 hours, they called me back, with a $1000 quote for other things completely unrelated to the issue I asked about!! Of this quote, they wanted $300 to change spark plugs. By the way - I put new spark plugs in this year, so they clearly didn’t even look at them and are just recommending extra work. They also wanted to charge $100 for engine cleaning service, lol. The best part of this diagnosis was that they said I had lights on in my dashboard, and it would require a diagnosis. WHAT DID I EVEN JUST PAY FOR??? At the end of the day, they did nothing for me. Charged me $80 to hold my car for half a day, and tell me nothing I didn’t already know. Avoid them at all costs!

Came here for the first time on the referral of a friend. The staff were professional and followed up on every step of the process. Amit took the time to take a test drive with me and try to diagnose a problem I've had for months. He also showed me where my truck had some significant rust underneath that no one else had ever pointed out. This truck has been up on a lift plenty at other shops for maintenance, etc. and no one ever bothered to tell me about it. Thanks!

These folks are amazing. End of story. But not end of story: they treat you right, they don't inflate issues to get more money out of you, and they'll occasionally hook up lil easy fixes for free when you go in for something else. They don't go trying to "find" new things to fix (upcharge) but will inform of problems if they're important and related to the issue that brought you there. They don't talk to you like you're stupid, and they don't try to throw lots of jargon at you to sound like they're special. They're just downright good folks doing a good job at reasonable prices, and I won't be going anywhere else!

It was a expensive quote . can't say about the quality of work.Of course I use to manage the precision tune auto on Howell mill Rd .you just have to make your on call with each one the are usually different on experience level.so it's a hard place to find the right one so you just really have to visit a few of them to get the work done and done right that your looking for ....But all around a really descent place to go...

I stopped in to get an emissions test done on my vehicle and they had me in and out in 15 minutes! They were very friendly and efficient.

This is the type of work they do. My dad had brakes replaced in all 4 corners and they completely forgot to put the caliper bolts in. We started hearing grinding noise, checked it out and discovered that both front wheels were scrubbing with the calipers , and both bolts are missing on each side . Horrible , horrible service for the level of confidence they have, and outrageous prices. I think Walmart could’ve done a better job then these guys here.
