I went to Precision twice back to back. First day was for one thing and the next day was for something completely different. It just felt ironic that I had a nail in my tire the next day. I do not believe I rode over a nail. But anyway, went and got it plugged. That amount was ridiculous, but I’m sure they have their reason. Not even the whole day go by after getting it plugged, it went flat again. I feel robbed in a way. But the customer service was great, very nice and respectful group of men. And the main reason for my visit was resolved.

I enjoyed Sam and the rest of the staff, straight up approach, upfront pricing and a sense of dependability therein. I came to get my Ford Edge ready to pass inspection was done all in the same day. Now I am hoping I can come back and get the sunroof fixed, I'm scared to know how much it's going to cost given its a panoramic roof, even though it's only broken guides. But I'm sure if I take it here it'll be done at a reasonable price.

I cannot praise this some more. Thanksgiving morning the battery in my vehicle died and needed to be replaced. Thankfully they were open, and I lived relatively close. They came to my home and replaced the battery there. Such a lifesaver. :-)

First time going here since the ownership has changed. I went in for an oil change and was told upfront the cost (that the 49.99 price includes 5 quarts of oil; but if another quart is needed, its an additional $11)...Not sure why one more quart would be so expensive... BUT, just the same I had no complaints about the service. They took me in immediately and never tried to upsell, was good. I will go again.

I have been my oil changes completed here since July. they are fast and courteous . And if the owner isn’t busy he’ll even engage you in a conversation while you wait. Always a pleasure doing business here.

I love the courteous and professional experience I receive whenever my car needs repairs. I really appreciate I am told what is needed now, and what can be held off until later. My only question is what happened to the online discounts? There used to be a time where I was able to receive discounts online, even if I didn't have the actual coupon.

My stepfather been going to this shop for years and he referred me over to the guys there and had a very pleasant experience and passed my MD inspection there as well. They made sure I was good to go with all of my car needs before I left the shop and have reasonable prices as well!

Great and professional business owner and workers. They changed all 4 of my brake pads in under 30 minutes so I can pass my MD state inspection saving me a trip to NY. Affordable prices, I highly recommend them.

I got the alternator for my Acura replaced here last week, and received excellent service from Sam. He was prompt, and unlike a previous shop I took my vehicle to, Sam correctly diagnosed the issue and really worked with me to resolve it. I highly recommend this place for all car maintenance needs.

This place is phenomenal! I’ve been to a lot of Precision Tunes within the Baltimore Metro area and this is the best one by far. Usually other stores try to take a hit at your pockets and get you to do unnecessary things to spend money but this store was straight forward and told me what it’s gonna be and what’s it’s not gonna be. The aura and attitude is outstanding especially being a mechanic, I know the job can be a little rough but I seen nothing but great smiles and work ethic. I will be getting work done here more often for sure. I recommend this spot to anybody that is looking for good and reliable mechanics. Great job to Sam and his team!

The best place in town Shop manager was great done an alignment on my ram1500 been denied from different shops but they have pulled ot off in timely manner and in half the price what Mr tire quoted me thanks Mr sam and crew keep doing what you doing 5 stars no doubt
