My father recommended this business after challenges with a couple of other repair shops. I am so grateful for the excellent service. Mr Truong explained every detail to help me understand what was needed. Even the kind lady waiting on her car had nothing but great things to say about her past experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. I am so pleased with the work done on my 2014 BMW. I will certainly be back if anything new occurs. If you are unsure about trying a new place. I recommend you try this for your auto repair.

My experience was amazing here. My Car broke down and needed an alternator. Mr. H.K Truong the manager was able to get my car back within 24 hours running as new again! I highly recommend them! Very honest and honorable.

Went in for an oil change. I had a rattle and I asked them to see if they could look into it. Previous shops wanted me to leave the car with them. Precision Tune checked it out and replaced a both parts on front suspension, $200 for both and was done in an hour. No more rattling.

I love this place hadn’t been here In years but when I called Mr Hong Kong remembered my voice, I felt very welcomed he scheduled my appt for my brakes, I saved over $100 compared to dealership price & he informed me on what’s best for my car & I was sooooo satisfied with the outcome! I love how welcoming & funny Mr Hong Kong is! The staff he has u can tell they love their Job & they’re very very very informative! If u have any problems with ur vehicle stop by let them check it out & you will get great information about ur problem & great results at unbeatable prices! Walked in to place and asked if I could get an oil change and tire rotation. The owner was very professional and said, of course. My maximum time there was abou 45 minutes. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable as the air conditioner was on. The owner also took the time to explain the pros of getting an oil change at 5k miles instead of 7500 miles. This place definitely gained a new customer.

First, I will say the customer service is amazing! The lady at the front desk is very friendly and have a great personality. I went here immediately after leaving the dealership because I was told my battery was good but ended up being stranded at a gas station afterwards. The manager at Precision made sure I had a thorough understanding of what was going on with my vehicle and why I needed to replace the battery. This will be my new mechanic shop from here out considering I can no longer trust the dealership.

H.K. is the best. Went in upset with the dealership and H.K. calmed me down and told me exactly what was wrong with my truck. Gave me an estimate for repairs and did not go over that amount. Went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Showed me under my truck that the Rack and Pinion was bad. Repair was done in less than one day. Best auto shop for repairs and regular maintenance.

My breaks started rubbing together to a grinding noise, the Aisian younger guy answered my call bc the lady was away from her desk, he was very professional over the phone & in person. So although he had booked his break appointments for the day he told me to bring my car in for him to look at it anyway. They both received me, he drove my car around the parking lot to determine which breaks needed replacement and turns out I needed breaks and rotors. I was crushed bc I had 250 to my name & needed that for the lights & water bill this month however he told me a clear price, I asked him could he look out for me this time so he adjusted it a little more. As I agreed, i received a call from a new friend of mines who said he could do it for free if I just bring the parts. So as much as I love a decent, down to earth, exceptional professional i had👏to 👏go 👏with free👏. Ok yall so I used my lifetime warranty with O'Reilly auto parts. I went to my friend to put them on dint take him long & I went to work the next day good as new! The End! Yes I am a real person I don't know this place from Adam however I did this review like this bc I will definitely be back if I do need their services bc of how they made me feel as potential customers. Went for a brake job. Very friendly and welcoming. My options were fully explained to my satisfaction. The job was done very quickly and professionally. This was my first visit but it won't be my last.
