Got here at 1:00pm they got my car to the back at 1:15 not to bad but took them until 2:25 to CHANGE MY OIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! An hour for an oil change is insane.

Matt and his team are pure gold here. Quick and affordable service. As well as overall top-notch customer service. I have never felt unwelcome or overcharged here in comparison to some other places. They are very thorough and always layout options for things versus push pushing products on you. I really appreciate them and the hard work that they put in. I would recommend here 10 times over.

Great work done, only downside was that I was there for over three hours for an inspection and new tires. Happy to have quality over quick any day, though! More details: Came in for a NC State Inspection, found out my tires had dry rot so I failed inspection. They had replacements available on site and offered to replace them for a very reasonable price, so I decided to do so. After installing the tires they found that the car was out of alignment, showed me all the details so I could make an informed decision and they offered to fix that as well with a 10% discount. They test drove it for me afterwards and made sure everything was operating properly, then gave me a passing inspection once everything was resolved. After they finished up my car was driving noticeably better. It was like that feeling after being sick and you're well again and you had forgotten how great it felt to not be sick. Just a significant improvement in how the car felt to drive.

I have been going to Precision Tune for over 10 yrs. At first I was upset because they kept switching up and transferring their managers to different locations and I wanted to know why? I don't like taking my car to different places because if something goes wrong I can track it back to the last place that worked on it I was always going to the location on Albemarle Rd. when I met Malorie who got transferred to the Pineville location he was a great manager and a trustworthy Guy, then there were a few more after him , I said to myself why keep coming to the same place if the technicians are never the same? I sent in an email to compline and to my surprise, someone followed up it was one of the BEST!!!! managers they ever had his name is Tony he assured me that no matter who the manager was that my service would be fair, accurate, and honest, and if I had any problems I could feel free to call him and he has kept his word, so I will continue to be a loyal customer of Precision Tune and trust that they will do a great job!!! I am traveling out of state and my car wouldn’t start in North Carolina, luckily I was in the perfect spot for help. The auto shop was next door and luckily we were able to get it all resolved in about an hour and a half. Big thanks to Marcus and Eli for the help!

Look, my sister and I aren’t even from North Carolina - we’re from Virginia. We were a long ways from home when our car wouldn’t start. Miraculously, we were next Precision Tune Auto Care and they were tremendous helping us out. Marcus and Elias were our representatives/techs. They figured out what the issue was in no time, as we were on a time crunch, and got us squared away ASAP. Took maybe 3 hours from start to finish. Really great guys looking to help you and your car.

This was by far the best expirience I Have had with auto service. I have gone to NUMEROUS places and have never been cared for as well as I was here. Matt was the kindest person and it was fast and very reasonable prices. Will never go anywhere else and am glad I found somewhere that doesn’t try to rip me off and explains the services in ways that I understand. They are there to help you instead of benefiting themselves.

This location will steal your money. I went in for a diagnostic and was told I needed a new radiator. They replaced the radiator and that didn’t fix the problem I was having at all. They still billed me a thousand dollars and gave me another quote for a new head gasket after my car overheat 5 minutes after leaving the garage. Do not come here “brothers” and “sisters” they don’t like us.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They told me to come in first thing Monday and that they would get in contact with my warranty. Friday I called to ask for an update because they do not call back. I was told that they were trying to get in contact with the warranty company. I call them up and the warranty company is telling me that they have not even been contacted yet. 5 days and they haven't even called. Went to a new location with my car and he gave me an update on what's going on with my vehicle at the end of the day. The very next day the claim was approved. Received the call from Precision and an update from my warranty telling me everything that Precision told me. Also parking is horrible. Shady location.

I just stopped by for a quote for the gas door. Mr. Marus & Sisko were very accommodating to me. I recommend this location. Very customer service oriented. I received wonderful service. And coffee was available also!!! 👏 👏 👏
