I had a great experience at Precision Tune Auto on South Blvd on this past Friday ! The person at the front desk was super kind and professional, making the process smooth from start to finish. The tech who worked on my car was also very kind and efficient. The oil change service was incredibly quick, which I really appreciated. This location is definitely my favorite, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

I had taken my son to a concert 3 hours away from home and my car would absolutely not start the next day. The tow guy from Roosters who was awesome too btw, took it after trying multiple times to get it started and they worked it in like the professionals they are, an hour and a half before closing! Megan and Kevin are saints to a single Mom just trying to take her kid to a concert! Super nice, clean, and helpful environment. Excellent experience. Thanks yall!!!!

Great service. My husband and I were in a bind traveling with my expedition and all of a sudden the coolant started leaking and the engine overheating. I called them 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they were kind and helpful allowing us to leave my truck there so they could work on it the next day. It was evaluated promptly the next morning and repaired only a few hours later. And it was a reasonable fee without feeling pressured to repair anything unnecessarily. Would highly recommend. Thank you all.

Mack was very welcoming and professional from beginning to end. The whole time being at the shop he gave me nothing but excellent service and was very transparent about every single detail about my car. I tell that Mack genuinely wants to help solve any problems and provide safe driving for any and everyone. If you decide to come to this mechanic shop ask for Mack. 10/10

They only are decent at changing oil!!! Otherwise they try to up sell u on stuff there promoting! Example if u see a stack of batteries in waiting room that what there going to tell u that u need a one of there great batteries!!! If there's nothing u can see stacked up in waiting room they will say ur antifreeze really needs to be flushed and replaced and ur in luck bc we have a special on that for $199.95 lol.. They seem like a reasonable priced place to get your oil changed but when it's all added up not the price they said. They'll say things like ohh u have a Honda that take a more expensive oil filter! Save ur self the head ace i went through and fine another place.....

Came in for an AC problem, needed more freon. Watched people enter and leave before my car was ready, spent 4 hours and $260 just for them to tell me that I’d have to spend more money to get my electricals fixed, and basically my car is unchanged. Time estimates were regularly not accurate, which led to me missing an appointment I had previously planned, because I didn’t think it would take 4 hours for a diagnostic/air charge.

Manager is a joke, worst customer service and policies I’ve experienced at a shop. Get a new manager in there and take care of your regulars. 30$ to check lights and $150 diagnostic fee AFTER paying them to fix the issue

Went to get my emissions inspected. The counter woman was friendly, curtious and helpful. The inspection took 10 minutes.

I’d give 0 star if I could, took my car in for alignment. Steering will is now crooked and their manager is claiming it’s straight when it’s obvious it’s shifting to the right . Asked to see the alignment print out and the lady claims printer is broken and showed me a screen shot page of after alignment . Camber is now off and they claim we don’t adjust camber … so this place is not place to get alignment . It’s more of “Toe and go” spot… what a rip off, will never return here.

I was there Friday for an oil change and my AC possible leaking. The women who work the front desk are AMAZING & they know their stuff but the mechanics are why I’m giving the 2 stars. So basically they did the oil change but said they couldn’t do the tire rotation because my lug nuts were swollen. So they couldn’t get the tires off but quoted me $461 for back brakes and back rotors. Thank God I didn’t pay and ended up going somewhere else because I took my car elsewhere & it was actually the back backs but FRONT rotors. I sat there and watched the man take my lug nuts off with no issues which is crazy because precision said they couldn’t do it. lol I paid $62 for the air test just for them to turn around and tell me that they couldn’t find a leak and it was probably just condensation. They didn’t even see a leak when they were performing the oil change. I’m super disappointed.

Took great care of me. Eddie was awesome, explained everything, extremely friendly and profession. Come to Charlotte on and off and definitely will keep here in mind for my car needs if needed when I'm in town.
