I’ve been going here for years , I believe Ty was the manager I dealt with before, well he wasn’t there yesterday and there was a guy named Anthony , and I got the same great service from him. Most of my cars are older and have over 200k on them, they are work trucks , these guys will give you plan of what needs to be fixed and what is most important do you don’t do worse damage to your car , I feel very comfortable undeff Ed their advice and care , definitely give them a shot , I think you will be very happy of what you pay and what you get for your money.Bram Bitton

Super unprofessional, it’s apparent they don’t make a lot of money in there cause their prices are ridiculous. Kept trying to convince me there was something wrong with my car. Went across to Latin auto they seen no issue wish I could give 0 starts

I have used Precision Tune over the years and my wife still uses Precision Tune with no complaints. But today they charged me $75.00 to install a simple car battery that took them literally 5 minutes to install. Seriously $75.00 for 5 minutes!!! That’s just not right guys.

Store is a rip off. I took my car into them for an oil change and I go to precision tune a lot at other locations for my oil change. I have never had an oil leak and as they were working on my car manager comes and says my oil pan bolt was stripped and it was from prior service. I was like what I’ve never seen any oil in my drive ever and obviously the technician tried to put bolt on to tight and and messed up thread. Then he said he could repair and I needed a new oil pan for $930. I was like just give me my car back I’ll take it somewhere else and the kicker was they still charge me for the oil change which was leaking. . I left and went straight to my mechanic who repaired for $40.

Excellent service and efficient, friendly staff. Everything was super easy. Fixed my car for an affordable rate and explained everything helpfully. There was free wifi and comfy chairs while waiting. Enjoyed watching Impractical Jokers on the TV. 😂
