Dear Management, I have been a loyal customer of Precision Auto for over 20 years, but after my recent experience, I am deeply disappointed and reconsidering my trust in your service. I recently paid for a battery cleaning service, expecting thorough and professional work. Instead, I discovered that the “cleaning” consisted of simply spray-painting the area. This is completely unacceptable. I have only had this car for a year, and now it looks terrible due to this careless approach. I am extremely hurt and frustrated by this lack of quality and attention to detail, especially after years of trusting your shop with my vehicles. I would appreciate an explanation for this and a resolution to correct the issue. Please let me know how you plan to address this matter. I hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely, Unhappy customer

I brought my car in to have the text look at a break issue. They were able to diagnose the problem and they got me taken care of they took care of everything great service great staff

I've been going for about 20 years to this place. 90% of the service it's been great. Last quote was nice, but I notice the front desk person quoted me higher - like the time before, I had a very high quote and I chose another place - for replacing a front light bulb wich I brought it was $40 thinking I'm not coming back. I accepted since I was in a hurry. When they replaced at a fast time; the guy told me he was going to charge only $28 because it was a fast job. I might comeback but I'm not trusting them as before.

Great experience every time. Been coming to this location for a few years. The team here notified me of issues with work done elsewhere and saved me a lot of headache and what could have been permanent damage to my car. They took the time to answer my questions and help me understand what was going on. Highly recommend these guys!

I came into 2145 Lawrenceville Hwy Decatur Ga. 30033 location for a repair check engine light code P0171 on Friday 11/29/2024 and Koalafi is billing me $345.87. They advised me to drive it 50 miles before taking for an emissions. Within 20 miles the check engine light came back on, I call this shop back to bring it back in. Wednesday, I took my vehicle back to this shop for them to correct this issue. I was told by the shop I need a tuneup and this will fix this issue. Another bill from Koalafi for $430. 62. I contact this shop on Thursday 12/5/2024 and was told my vehicle has been repaired and ready for pickup. Once I arrive I was advised again to drive 50 miles before taking it to get an emission. Within 10 miles of driving from this shop, the check engine light came back on reading the same code P0171. They charging me with a bill almost $800.00 without fixing the issue and refusing to send Koalafi a cancellation notice stating they couldn’t and didn’t repair my vehicle code P0171, instead I was told by the manager that I only can get a refund of $89.00 for a 6 inch hole they put on the first repair attempt and they will need to remove the hole from my vehicle in order to receive that refund and send a cancellation notice to Koalafi for that amount. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!

The price on my major tune up was fair. My husband was not only told but showed was wrong with the car. Everyone was kind and polite from the person at the front desk to the mechanics. The manger even gave us a senior 10 percent discount. Great experience.

I had a bad experience from engine oil change at this shop. I was told my oil filter house was old and there was a hole in it. I took a look at the hole and believed that there should’ve been oil leak before I came to the shop. But I knew my car had no leaking issue. The manager didn’t give me a good explanation and let me pay for a new oil filter house. I suspect a tech broke the filter house. In addition, next day my car signaled “charging” issue. What on earth happened?!

These guys don't wanna be mechanics, they spending most of their effort working on their mixtapes...they whether be trap rappers at least that's what their work they do reflects.....mane I'm too Kool to be professional and complete my task my style is do everything half ask. I ain't no worker imma street dude I'm too hood to be doing things the correct way mane
