When the first mechanic didn't see what I was feeling in my vehicle, the owner John took it out for a test drive and went right to work on adjusting my brakes. Excellent job Precision Tune.

I've been taking my car to the dealer for service. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was prepared to wait for a while. They had me out before I knew it.I will be coming back when I need service.

I had excellent repair service from Jeremy yesterday - brought in car expecting I was going to get stuck with a head gasket replacement, but Jeremy found it was an issue with old coolant hoses deteriorating on the inside, dumping black oil-like gunk into the coolant system. I have nothing but good things to say about this store - I've been bringing my vehicle to this store for several years now. Thanks to Jeremy and the rest of the team at Precision Tune, on Alta Mesa! :-D

The first time I came for a coolant leak and hose and catalytic converter. I took it to them they said I need those things new, they charged me 2500 dollars. Then 8 months later the catalytic goes bad I had a warranty. I went they said “ they replaced it” well guess what 2 weeks later check engine light came on and again the code read catalytic converter well I had a very well known mechanic look it over , and they suspect they did nothing , since they had seen the old catalytic converter. Wow this shop should be ASHAMED OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE!! I was told I was unfortunately. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!

The world’s worst and dishonest repair shop I’ve ever encountered! They don’t honor Precision Tune Auto Care’s nationwide warranties and the manager John will lie on Lincoln, Midas, and previous work from Precisions in other states. He told me I needed an air cabin filter and it hadn’t been changed in years. Midas just put a brand new one in my car, which is a Lincoln, in March 2024! He led me to believe he had to do a bumper to bumper inspection of my vehicle, charged me $75.00, and never put my car on the rack or look underneath the car. I told him Lincoln did a bumper to bumper inspection in July 2024. He told me “they didn’t do it correctly.” Yet he wrote up a proposed estimate for things he didn’t even have to conduct a $75.00 inspection for as well as a $49.99 fee for a cabin filter! Then told me he didn’t have to do an inspection. Yet he charged me $75.00! He told me “they have to make money!” Do not go to this shop! I was so happy with Precision Tune in Ga when they repaired my vehicle. I really trusted I would not have an issue after paying them almost $3000.00 to repair and diagnose my vehicle in January 2024. They gave me a nationwide 12000 mile warranty that equals out to nothing if I can’t use it.

I have an Audi and while everyone turned me down or charged a ridiculous amount to recharge my ac, They were great and very reasonable! I will be going back to them when I need.

I went to Precision Tune Auto Care for a regular oil change and my state inspection. Their service made it easy for me to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up on my lunch break. The people I worked with were friendly and concise. I was not sold services my vehicle didn't need. I will be regularly using this shop for my vehicle's needs. The prices for my vehicle's services were incredibly reasonable as well.

I got an oil change for about forty bucks (which, with my truck, is pretty good!) and it took about a half-an-hour. For context, I also went to wal-mart and a nearby Pep Boys, both places would have charged more and taken more than three hours. This place is awesome, I like the employees, and I'll be back for my next oil change, too.

They are a good shop to work on your car. I've been getting cars worked on by them for years with no problems. Prices are reasonable to me. They are the only ones allowed to work on my cars
