Did brake fluid flush, fair pricing, and was in & out. I read the reviews, was a little skeptical but a lot of them seemed to be lack of understanding and knowledge so with that I chose go ahead and use this location. I haven’t had any issues and my brake fluid is nice & clear. The only thing I will say is their pricing to repair items is extremely high, But overall I had a good experience here and when it’s time I’ll do a brake fluid flush here again.

I called the store to ask if they available to do my inspection. The guy was speak to me very rude and unrespectable talk to as he have a bad day spoke really bad. Was customer when I asked him for open he be rude with me for he say if I’m answer my phone I am already open my hang up. This is unrespectable for your customer and you need to put someone professional deal with customer, that’s why never in all my life this review to mention the owner of the store to take care of his business. Don’t put anyone unprofessional answer the phone.

Went there for a state inspection. They collected my info (name/addr/phone/email) into their system, which is not needed for just doing state inspection (I am getting email solicitation now). I asked for only state inspection but they did more outside of inspection items like checking my cabin air filter and offered to change the filter for a fee which I did not accept. Feeling uneasy about this after the fact, I checked the cabin filter and found out when they checked the cabin filter, they did not close one of the lids that cover the cabin filter and damaged the damper piston. They also pressed a hidden switch putting the rear hatch into manual mode. Did a quick check under the hood and thankfully, did not find anything obvious. Won't recommend going to this garage based on what happened.

Edit: 5/27/204 I've changed my rating and wanted to update my review based on the way Precision Tune's upper management, and Abel De La Cerda in particular, addressed my experience. While I don't know if my husband and I will continue to use this location while the current staff is in place, the thorough investigation and communication from upper management and Abel have given me the upmost respect for this company as a whole. Abel contacted us incredibly quickly and wanted to do everything he could to "make this right." And I'll be completely honest, he did exactly that. While we did not receive a full refund, what we did receive was incredibly fair. After all, there were parts that had been replaced and labor that was provided, so a full refund wouldn't have been fair to expect on our part. The expediency, courtesy, and professionalism shown by Abel have made it to where my husband and I will happily use any other Precision Tune location. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5/16/2024 I took my car in because the AC wasn't working and the car was overheating. Chung supposedly ran a diagnostic and came back saying that the compressor needed to be replaced. There was absolutely nothing that indicated that the compressor needed replacing, nor would replacing the compressor cause the car to stop overheating. I asked to have the thermostat and fan assembly checked and replaced if needed. Both were replaced, almost $900 later. The car stopped overheating, however, the AC stop wasn't working. Chung said, once again, that it was the compressor and quoted an additional $1400 on top of the $900 that was already spent. We took the car to another mechanic to get a second opinion. He saw that one of the fans wasn't turning, on the brand new fan assembly that was just replaced 6 days prior, and after looking into WHY it wasn't turning, realized that the master fuse was blown and needed to be replaced. The dealer only part had to be ordered, and $150 in parts and labor later, the AC works. I have no idea why a business would replace a part or parts, such as the thermostat and fan assembly, and not even test if the parts a) work, and b) fix the issue. It is completely unacceptable to have spent almost a thousand dollars on parts and labor for parts that didn't need to be replaced in the first place. If the master fuse was blown and one of the two fans weren't spinning, of course the car would overheat. The service that was received was absolutely deplorable and after using this shop for the last 6 years, we will never be returning. If it were possible, I'd rather get the old parts that were replaced back, put back in my car, return the new ones, and get my money back. In the years my husband and I have been using this shop, we never once felt like the employees were untrustworthy or that we were being taken advantage of until now.

I am a very long time customer here at this location and this one only! I been to others but have always like this one BEST. I have seen many Mgrs. come and go and while I understand the reasons of that in a business this last Mgr. Hamilton Chung has been by far the BEST so far.. I thought the others were good but he has them beat . Not only has he perform great service on my car. He’s very professional straight to the point and very business oriented ! It’s obvious ABLE trained him with the upmost professionalism. Hamilton is all about 100% customer service while keeping precision oil & auto in mind as well .. I have observed Hamilton while dealing with others and how he interacts with them on a one on one explaining to them about there car and the work he recommending .. I use to be just an oil change walk-in customer but now Hamilton has changed me 110%. I now have had multiple things done on my 2002 XJ8 Vrandon Plas JAGUAR . Before I’d never let anyone so much as look at this car let alone work on it .. One day I took a deep breath after analyzing and seeing Hamilton at work and told him he could do some repairs on it. I have had 100% customer satisfaction !! I will only bring it here and I suggest that you do the same with any Make or model car that you have, you will not dis satisfied in anyway.. I've finally found a reliable mechanic shop I can trust and gets the job done at a fair price. I originally took my car to a dealership and got an inspection done. They quoted me a ridiculous amount of money and a whole bunch of services, so I decided to give Precision Tuneup on FM 529 a try after doing a Google search. When I got there I was greeted very professionally by the manager Hamilton Chung and he got my service started immediately. I gave him the print out of the services recommended by the previous dealership and he immediately went to work on double checking everything that was on the list. I was so surprised at how he came back and told me some of the service recommended was not needed which is very rare for a mechanic shop. Most shops would just rip you off. I ended up getting only the service that was needed and the price was super fair. While I was waiting to get service done I was very pleasantly surprised to witness for the first time a mechanic shop manager working so diligently and was super honest and upfront with the customers. He was never pushy and he listened to the customers. He gave them options and let them decide for themselves. He was very accommodating to the customers. Very nice guy!! Staff was very hardworking as well. I was there for a few hours and never saw any of them goofing off. I'm so happy I found this place!! I highly recommend this shop!!

If I could give them LESS then 1 star I would. My daughter has gone to them several times with the last few being horrible. The turn over rate is so high and it's like they just hire warm bodies to keep the place running. The time it takes to do a simple oil change they have a new crew every time, who seem to all be friends bc they are usually just standing around talking and laughing. The guy they have at the counter in Hwy 6 & 529 NEEDS more training as he was not able to answer simple questions and had to call someone else just to ring up an oil change coupon that THEY were advertising outside! This place really needs to do better as her oil light has been on since she left 5/26 and still making the SAME noise! We drove an hour away to go there only to get sub par service. The GM Ivan "attempted" to make this right but we will see as he seemed to not understand that after paying for an oil change, tire rotation, battery check, and NO, ZERO, NOTTA drop of oil in this 2018 car is somehow anyone else's fault. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR SOME WHERE ELSE & and just save yourself the hassle.

Manager Hamilton Chung is amazing..my Toyota avalon I been struggling with a p0430 code..My state inspection has been expired for 2 years..I had numerous quotes from other mechanic shops to replace my catalytic converter prices averaging over $2000..I explained my situation to Mr.chung..He walked in the bay and did some diagnostics on my avalon..He told me around $400..I was a little skeptical but I told him do it..He was working on my avalon for like 45 minutes..I cashed out with Mr.chung..He told me to drive my avalon at least 100 miles to get my vehicle back in normal drive cycle...I drove 3 days city and highway 150 miles...I returned to precision tune.I passed with flying colors.I now have a updated registration sticker..what Mr.Chung did was amazing on his work and diagnostics..Saved me $$$$ .I am very thankful for him...I am a full time college student with low income..Thank You Mr.Chung!I been a customer at precision tune fm529 since 2022..Hands down he is the best manager.

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience! I cannot emphasize enough how our experience went. First of all the person was rude for no reason & second i’m pretty confident he was rude towards my wife ONLY because he was a racist. In addition, at the time pf changing the air filter he told us “ change this” it’s dirty. WE WERE GOING TO CHANGE IT ANYWAY. After that he said $25 isn’t much. Truly $25 isn’t much but don’t be making side comments about it. Lastly, i never ever write reviews but the experience was so bad this company needed to hear it. I hope the management does something about this. Also they lost my entire family business for good.

Beware of the scammers!!! Sent my wife here after having her condenser and expansion valve replaced by a mobile mechanic. He's an honest guy and recommend having it vacuumed at a shop because they have a better vacuum then he does. My wife took it in and they charged me 100 dollars to vacuum and add freon. Pretty simple request however, when my wife goes to pick up the car, they say the ac is blowing hot because of a restrictions. This doesn't make sense because the ac was blowing cool before I had the parts changed and the mobile mechanic told me there WAS a restrictions but, he cleared it out and just recommend it being vacuum at a shop. So I tell her to ask them did they add freon and the guy responded by saying they couldn't add freon because of a restrictions. I call my mobile mechanic and he tells me they most likely are trying to get extra money and to let him check it once again. Before my wife left, they quoted her an additional 300 dollars to "clear the restrictions". We decline and have the other mechanic check it out. 20 minutes later car is blowing ice cold and he tells me there was no restrictions. Customers beware, these guys may try to run game on you.

Hamilton the service manager is fantastic. He has always taken care of my Honda Pilot’s needs and has always been straightforward and fair. I will always bring my car back here for any issue and trust that it is in good hands. An honest and fair mechanic is hard to come by and I have full trust in Hamilton and Precision Auto Tune.

I have taken my car here for years with pretty good quality service. However, management is constantly changing. The last time I was there I spent over $1600 for new tires and a brake job. The tire service took longer because their machine was down so they had to send my car to another tire shop to get the tires put on. For the inconvenience and extra time they gave me a free oil change card for next time. It was almost a year later when I decided to use the oil change card and they did not want to honor it because the time span in between and different management again but did offer me a $20 discount. That’s cool I needed an oil change anyway so I had them do it. Soon after I started noticing my car was leaking oil. I had to add oil a couple of times due to the massive amount leaking. Concerned about the major leak I took my car to my mechanic only to find out they did not screw my oil plug back in correctly. I am also hoping they did not strip it. On top of this they charged me more than what they initially quoted stating my car took more oil than the 5 quarts. They should’ve known by the make and model of my car and the fact that my car is in their system because I’ve gone there for years that it would take more than 5 quarts of oil and quoted me right the first time. I’m sure this was their way of getting their money from the discount they offered me. I ended up paying way more than the original oil change special they had going on at the time even with the so called $20 discount. I’m so disappointed and won’t be going back again.
