The people always friendly they greet you by your name always let you know what's going on Don't charge you untill the job is done if you get a oil change they show you the dipstick once the oil change has been completed and then you pay for service. If anything is going on with your car they will bring it to your attention, a great place to be make you knowledge of your vehicle.

Good morning thank you for a good experience Friday October 25th I came in about 8:30 that morning when I walked in I was surprised because the office was cleaned and Pleasant, I have brought plenty of cars at this establishment in the past and it was not a good experience so I started taking my cars to the dealership due to management ; your manager Mr Williams showed professionalism as he spoke to a customer before me I was just coming in to get a oil change and I don't feel comfortable having anyone touching my car besides the dealership at that time he reassured me that he will do the oil change himself to ease my worry. As a woman this day and age we have to be very careful of being taking advantage of I felt I was in good hands and I want to thank your company for hiring a manager like Mr Williams, he could have been like any other managers that you have had in the past and just allow anyone to to work on my vehicle the trust that he gave me put me at peace knowing my daughter and I will be headed out of town that weekend; thank I will tell my friends about my experience . Mr. Williams working in customer service for 25 years you can't please everyone it will always be someone that is not pleased or satisfied with the service they receive just keep being you as a person stay calm and keep being professional thank you for giving me a piece of mind thank you. The service was excellent. Everyone was kind, and polite. This was my first time coming to this location and I felt comfortable and like family. I knew I wasn't going to hustle out of my money and repairs I did not need. Usually, I feel some kind of way going to a new mechanic because of people trying to get over on women by over charging or fixing something that does not need to be fixed but at Precision Tune Auto Care, I did not have that problem. I would refer a friend and I will come back to this location to get my car serviced over and over again.

These people are nothing but scammers. I took my car their earlier and the man told me he was going to charge "150 for diagnosis although I had already showed him a picture of the engine diagnostic results that I received from auto zone the other day. He told me $75 would be the price if I agreed to receive services there after diagnosis. So, he runs a machine to the engine to give me the exact same code and problem I had shown him when I first walked in. Then he told me he's going to refer me to Kia dealership because they can't fix the problem. So, I paid $75 for the same information I had already known just for them to not fix the problem. They did provide me with an oil change so altogether I paid $120-130 for practically nothing. Backstory: I got there at 8 am this morning when they were supposed to open. The workers didn't pull up until 8:10 am and then sat in the car a few minutes like they weren't already late. Them they went in and started cleaning up and doing stuff that should've already been done. They did not open until 8:30 when they finally opened the gate and asked why I was there. I will NEVER return here.
