Took my car in yesterday they fixed my problems I had to pay a little extra for labour but it was worth it amy was very nice the mechanic he explained to me what the problem most likely was I mean shops isn't God they can only do so much but they did a good job I do recommend anyone going there

Brought an 06 Subaru Outback to get checked out (I was deciding on whether to purchase the vehicle or not). This particular vehicle had been driven in upstate New York, so rust was a big fear of mine. Chuck and the guys at precision went way above and beyond on my vehicle inspection. They spent a good hour maticulously looking over every square inch of the vehicle. They found a few things that caught my attention, and their professional approach, and opinions really helped me to decide against purchasing what could potentially be a lemon. They didn't overcharge me at all for the work that was done, and I didn't have to wait very long as a walk in. Bottom line: If you want your car to be taken good care of for a fair price by someone with good knowledge then you need to come here. I was overly satisfied, and will be returning for every maintenance need. P.S. Did I mention they like to remember their customers names and faces? To me that is a big deal. Several customers had walked in, and were greeted by name! That is exactly the type of customer service you want when that person is working under the hood or your vehicle. Go here, and you won't be dissappointed.

I appreciate Amy Wiggins (manager) and the mechanics for outstanding customer service. I'm an old lady with an old car and stop by Precision for help with the fluid levels, as I did today. No matter how busy they are, Amy has one of the mechanics stop what they are working on to quickly check my fluid levels. In addition to checking and topping off if needed, they also show me what to look for, so also a learning lesson. In this day and time, customer service has gone by the wayside, almost non existent, so when a company gives outstanding customer service, it is very much recognized and appreciated! Good turn around time. We went in an oil change and asked them to check the brakes for a light noise we were hearing. We ended replacing the rotors on all 4 wheels, though the back could have gone another 5 or 10 K miles. All in all, a good visit.

"Super professional and exemplary customer service." I've had a serpentine belt put on in the past and I have just recently had an o2 sensor reconnected from this establishment. I can not say enough positive things about this place. Every time I've spoken to an individual or auto technician here(North Broadway location), I've always been met with a super professional individual with superior industry competence and customer service skills. Auto tech, Chris, was super professional and efficient. I will be singing their praises for a long time to friends and family. Thanks again, you guys.

I'll never go there again. Screw ups. I'm pretty sure they stripped my oil pan because they did the last two oil changes before they told me it was stripped. Nobody else touched the oil drain plug. They took no responsibility of course.

I've brought multiple vehicles here over the years. Always friendly, polite, and helpful. This last time, it took them less than 45 minute to figure out why my car was overheating and losing coolant with no visible leak. Since I was going to be there 3+ hours, they gave me control of the remote so I could hang out and watch Netflix. This is definitely my go-to for vehicle repairs.
