Have gone to this location since 2017 & they have always had the best prices in comparison to other locations, as well as the sweetest and most informative staff! Today I needed to go to replace a back tail light and within 3-4 minutes of me pulling in, walking in, someone immediately walking out and changing it for me I was on my way. Highly recommend !

Brought my car in here running they couldn't fix it told me to go to another shop broke something off on the serpentine belt said the mechanic hurt their eyes had to go to the hospital and I said what does that got to do with me.

We were long time customers at this location, with 2 vehicles, until today. Oil and gas prices are the lowest they've been in years but yet they want to charge me 30% more than my last oil change. I don't think so. Evidently they don't care about loosing good customers.

Fantastic group of guys (and gal). Helped my elderly father keep his truck in running order, and Cole helped me sell his truck while we were trying to move across the country. A wonderful business and group of people that had I not left OKC, I would have gladly continued to use.

Called first thing this morning (8:05 am). No answer. Waited couple of minutes (since they open at 8:00 am). Called back, girl answered with voice like she was asleep and I woke her up. She hung up. Called back. Again just woke up voice and then rude. I had to ask if it was Precision Motors. She had answered both times with a just woke up sleepy hello. I told her that I most likely would not use them and asked for a manager. She said one wasn’t there. Then she got nicer, but a little late for that. Upsetting because I needed help first thing.

I came in to Precision in a panic because my car was spilling gas everywhere. Cole and the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) were so nice. They took care of me quickly, addressed the problem, and made me feel so much better. Precision is actually pretty far away from where I live (like I said, I was in a panic and just drove without checking an address) but I will absolutely only come here when I have another car problem. This shop is professional, friendly, fair, and efficient.

I had parts replaced after having an issue with oil leaking. Brought my car to Precision Tune for an oil change and all of sudden my car leaks oil again after not leaking since replacing the part. The place tried to tell me something was broken BEFORE running any tests. They proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault, demanded we return at a time convenient for them to look at the car, called us poor because of the car we own. Worst customer service ever.

My family has brought our vehicles here for over 10 years with no issues. Today I went in for an oil change and an inspection of brake pads which should be free with oil change. Man at the front (not the owner) told me the price of the oil change and inspection was $100 (immediately a red flag) so I called a friend who is a respected mechanic in OKC and he told me to leave so I told them to just do the oil change I typically do for $50 and they told me I was putting the wrong oil in when my mechanic told me it is just fine. They also did not change my sticker and did not reset my gauge. All around a terrible experience. I took my truck straight to my guy where he checked my break pads in 20 seconds for free. Don’t let yourself get ripped off.

The people at this facility were wonderful at getting me in fairly soon and quickly fixing my problem. It always costs more than I want for a car repair, but if you have to pay you may as well take your vehicle to this business for such outstanding, friendly service!

NEVER GO HERE. These people took advantage of my little sister and had her pay to get a new battery and battery cable knowing her transmission was done for. Crooks. The epitome of sleazy shop you wouldn’t send a woman in your family to.
