The manager definitely is going to know who I am after my comment. Which is ok, if anyone deserves to leave a comment is me.I have been going there for the last 12 years. I have 9 cars that get my oil chang at precision tune on 23rd. I was owed a free oil change.Due too someone not putting oil in my truck during a oil change 🙃. I was told I would have to get the oil change on the same vehicle if I wanted to claim my free oil change. Which was fine with me. But the bad part of story was The manager Was trying not to honor my free oil change.he was trying to debate me knowing.I've been a long time customer. P.s the month before I spent $800.00 on breaks .

Went in for a simple oil change.. I changed the oil myself last time. It was a little bit over due but nothing insane. I check my oil often. Went into get the oil changed. Guys are nice. And all was going well. But when I get my car back and turn it on.. white smoke starts pouring outta the tail pipe.. filling the shop with smoke enough to not want to keep it on. They offer to change the oil again, I watched them, and that didn’t fix the issue.. they swear up and down they didn’t do anything I ask Zeke ( who said that he was the general manager) if my car should be driven and he shakes his head no.. I’m like wtf… so fix whatever it is and he says he didn’t do it. All they did was change the oil and They aren’t responsible. I am now having to have my car towed home because I dont want anymore damage done to my car.. the guys were super nice but I wouldn’t trust this place with my car again. And this is my only source of transportation and it was fine when I drove it in.. and now it’s undrivable. I’m screwed and pissed that they just threw their hands up and didn’t even offer to look further into it. I should’ve been able to drive away safely and I couldn’t.. that’s on them 100%.

Era cliente durante años ..cuando estába la señora atendiendo era muy amable y respondía todas tus preguntas de la mejor manera..hoy 15 de julio fui ha hacer cambio de aceite a mi troca y le dije al hombre chaparro frenton mal encarado no te da ni un saludo lo pero que le indique q tipo de aceite quería para mí carro y al momento de pagar le pagué con 100 dólares y me cobró lo que quizo 89 dólares le comenté q solo quería el cambio de aceite economicoy me contestó de manera irrespetuosos entre dientes que el le había puesto ese más caro porque yo no le dije cual le dije yo le pedí el otro y solo me aventó mi cambio y mis llaves en el mostrador y se fue burlándose ..son tan irrespetuosos nada que ver con la señora de antes ..jamás volvere a ese lugar

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE ANY MAJOR WORK DONE ON ANY VEHICLE HERE, OVERPRICED, SHOTTY WORK. MECHANICS CANT EVEN PROPERLY DIAGNOSE A CAR, took my 650 BMW there, 3 months and $3000 later I now need another $3500 worth of work done to repair issues they overlooked, this place should be closed, I only gave 1 star because that was the only way to leave a review. There is a special place in hell for them👎🏾😡

I really like this place, the employees are very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Precision Tune over Jiffy Lube any day, I arrived here around 8:45 am. They had me out right before 9:00 am. That's the kind of service I like, the prices are better than Jiffy Lube also. This is where I'll be bringing my cards from now on

I went here today and their compassion of getting the job done correctly is overwhelming. With a Great attitude and Excellent knowledge of all types of vehicles. Caleb at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable of my Volvo when I was concerned about something. He assured me that there's no doubt of what I needed. Then here comes Mike the mechanic. He was quick and went over and beyond his job duty. These guys definitely got my business because there has to be trust and Great service. Thank you Precision Tune for hiring such a Great team. I left very happy and satisfied.

I went to this shop in March to have my oil changed and for them to check my front tires. The Mechanic then said I needed over $2000 of work done. I don't have $2000 to fix anything. I check to see if they really changed the oil and he didn't put the oil cap back on, it was sitting on top of the motor. I was concerned with my lugnuts because I was told that whom ever changed my breaks broke off a post. Well today I took it back to Precision, there's a new manager and mechanic . Kaleb found my paper work and said they would take care of it. The Mechanic, Charlie put my car up on the rack. The manager came and took me in the shop and should me that there was oil on the underside, and it could be a headgasket. (It was from the other man that didn't put my oil cap back on). Both Kaleb and Charlie were amazing. It's so very nice to go to a shop you can trust. They want me to come back next week so they can make sure everything is still working properly. I was just so Thankful for the professional experience I had, I will continue to take my car to Precision on Medrian for all my car problems. Their stand up men and they won't lie to you. Their making a big difference in that shop. Go see them for your car care, you will be completely satisfied

This will be placed on my reviews. Dear Sir, I find this email that saddens my heart to report. I have been a loyal customer for years but Monday January 2, 2023, the oil change was all I wanted. On the way to work it seemed running off! On Thursday January 5th black smoke came out of the car and had no power. Engine problems =my mechanic. He said the old oil was not drained and the new oil was added. He said there could be more damage. The place would not take responsibility! They CLAIMED they have VIDEO but will NOT send it to me so we can have access to it. We are out over 300 because of this mistake. Sincerely, P.A. C.T.
