Josh and the team are amazing and this is the best, most reliable auto shop in Raleigh NC. I have tried other Precision Tunes and this shop is hands down the best!! I always receive amazing customer service and my issues are resolved in a timely manner. Job well done and this location reminds me of Chick fila because their name, work product, and customer service speaks for itself.

The staff is always so personable and treats customers like family. I love that I do not have to keep up with routine service for my vehicle because the guys at Precision Tune let me know what and when I need to have my car looked after. Further, there are rarely surprises when I bring in my car. The staff is honest and trustworthy, especially for mechanically clueless folks like me. I also really appreciate that there is an area put aside in the waiting room for children. My kids enjoy the sweet little wing back chairs, just for them, and actually did not want to leave when our car was finished. Finally, I am grateful for internet access so I can work while I wait. In the 11 years I have been a customer, I have never been disappointed and always left with a safe and reliable vehicle.

I brought my car in for a rear brake job and inspection in August. The next day, as I was driving, I noticed that my car was driving really oddly, and it felt like my wheels were shaking. When I got home, I had my husband look at it, and the lugs were not tight at all and the right rear wheel was completely wobbly, so I brought it back and they didn’t give me any discount, but they did put it back in the shop and fixed it, gave it a look over with a different mechanic. I did realize that my brakes seemed to be even better like they must not even fixed the brakes right the first time. The purpose that I am posting this in November now is because my car wouldn’t start today because I think it interior light was left on and I got completely stranded because apparently they apparently broke the latch within my hood. I’m completely stuck without a car until I can get my hood latch Repaired to open it, to even jump my car off. I know for a fact that it was precision tune because I have not had the hood opened at all since then. The bottom line is they must hire people that are completely clueless about mechanics. I will never ever go back there and I have gone there for the last 10 years and used to bring my daughter’s cars there.

I’ve taken my car here several times for inspections, tire rotation, and oil changes. This past weekend I took it in to get all 4 tires replaced. I’ve always been pleased with the work they did, never felt taken advantage of like so many women do at auto shops (it helps that they have a couple of ladies working in the front of house). All the staff I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. In particular, Josie and Josh have been great to talk to. The folks at Precision have always taken good care of my car and I recommend them. Bonus points for being in a great location. I don’t have anyone to pick me up while I wait for the work to be done, and Baileywick greenway trail is less than a mile away. Go take a walk while you wait for your car! 😄

Awesome customer service I want to thank Mr. service advisor Lázaro for his amazing customer service Finally, now they have someone that speak Spanish. Now it helps me a lot because of my wife speaks very little English now I don’t need to go with my wife to translate when she’s doing her service On her vehicle, they Do an a awesome job On your vehicle, definitely recommend this location to friends and family and everyone I know thank you so much Mr.Lázaro for your great customer service definitely five stars
