Quinn gave excellent advice for future work Brian was killing it as per always Nick is an absolute beast in the back and can take care of any problem someone has Chris it's very rude to throw around someone's stuff when you get in it, just happy you didn't break anything when you tossed my stuff around.

I purchased my maxima in 2016 and took it to the store on new Bern ave and they went through my car without my permission looking for the lug key. I found the location on Atlantic ave it was like night and day and have been taking my car and my wife car there ever since. Brian is the greatest.

My husband took his work van there and afterwards his van started leaking oil..was not leaking oil until after they changed his oil..He took it back it they claim that the piece is wear and tear..not true it was replaced 3 years ago. I feel what happened is that it was screwed to tight or something...because why did it all of sudden start leaking after oil change..he been back and forth and they still feel it was not their fault. I have been getting my oil change at here for years on on Atlantic Ave in Raleigh but I told my husband I will never go back to them again...and the rest of my family also because we all know his van was not leaking oil this after the oil change. Everyone makes mistakes that's why they put a eraser on a pencil....so admit that it was and fix the van...but they refuse to

I recently visited precision tune auto care for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Precision Tune on Atlantic Avenue has become my go to for all mechanical work for my family. They have tackled literally everything I have given them. I’ve had cv axles replaced, valve gaskets, windshield washer pumps, which required removing the bumper. I’m truly amazed at what all they can do. Plus, I’m big on OEM parts. Precision Tune is one of a small minority that will allow you to bring your own parts. They won’t warranty your parts, but the OEM manufacturer does. Brian is super to work with, he is a great communicator and their prices are fair. I highly recommend Precision Tune. TRUST is the most important virtue to me for auto repair. If you’re looking for a hard working team that cares about customer service and repeat business, this is the place to go!

Honest, trustworthy professionals. The team at Precision tune auto care took their time and invested their resources to diagnose my wife’s vehicle. Instead of overcharging me and potentially underperforming they let me know from the jump that the task was outside of the scope of practice. What the Cadillac dealership would’ve charged me 200 and some odd dollars for the good people at precision tune auto care did it for free. Thank you guys.

Wish the staff was more organized. I waisted hours just to be told they couldn't do what they said they could do. Also I didn't like how I was treated like the miscommunication was somehow my fault.

I have been going to the Atlantic Avenue in raleigh for over 15yrs, I took my truck in to have my ac service check, we did the diagnostic test because the manager said he didnt want to guess at the problem, definitely made sense so the test was done and the test showed I needed a motor blower and harness, I paid the 546.00 and waited about 1hour 30 mins for repairs. When the so-called repairs were done as soon as I turned the ac on you can hear it blowing it just wasnt coming the the vents, the mechanic noticed it too and said let me take it for a drive, the mechanic returned and had to do some more work and completed that and when I left about 30mins later same issue, I returned the next morning to be told well we figure it out the motor we installed is not connecting tightly to the harness we installed, a different motor was installed, 3 hours later, second day I leave and would you know it the issue is still there, I return on 7/16/2020 to request a refund and the manager states well we now know it's your defrost connection to the ac that is the problem, but we can fix it will take a few hours, I requested my money back and was told no and provided the home office now, at which point I spoke to the district manager and was told to take it back to the store and that was my only option Very bad business practice and I've been a customer for over 15yrs..this has been shared with all social media sites. Pass the word on about this location and the district manager, their info has been shared on social media

Manager was rude. Failed my inspection due to tinted front window which has always passed inspections at various places over the 9+ years I’ve had the car.

The mechanics at Precision Auto Tune are friendly, efficient, and honest. Tom is a pleasure to work with and is always very transparent about the cost of services and won’t try to upsell you on anything. I’ve brought my car in for a battery replacement, oil change, and brake replacement and every time has been an easy and enjoyable experience. I’ll keep coming back!

We came in for a full service oil change & luckily the service tech noticed that we had a corroded negative battery cable by the terminal & replaced it. We were so glad that the tech noticed & repaired the cable because the next person driving the car could have been stranded because there was a good possibility the car wouldn’t start even with a boost.

I went there because it was near my house and I received a mailed coupon for an oil change. There was the expected attempt to upsell, charging more for a synthetic than a synthetic + tire rotation, so I passed. I was informed that if I went with the blend, I couldnt go back to full synthetic because it wld harm my engine, which is patently false and wld bring into question "blends," in the first place. It was supposed to take 2 hrs - it took 6; luckily, I was close enough to walk home. They must have thought I was a good mark, because the "inspection" revealed that I needed 4 new tires: my tires are 18 mos old and about 1/3 through their warranteed mileage. I was also told I needed new struts: I just had my front stabilizers replaced and a rear shock, due to a failed mount, by my regular mechanic, with no issue about condition or life of the rest. Projected total - $1700 ish. Interestingly, the "inspection" did not notice my non-working front turn signals.
