Charged me $175 for an oil change that is $50 less at Jiffy Lube. Precision quoted me $345 to replace my fuel filter for a $93 part to do a 5 minute job. Total rip off. Jiffy charges $99 installed. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t suggest anyone else waste their money unless they just like getting ripped off.

Highly recommend, the mechanics are top notch and honest. They get you in right away, test your vehicle and tell you up front how much it will cost to fix your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about them. I definitely recommend Precision Auto I am a customer for life. Thank you Precision Auto!

Don’t come here they broke my glovebox doing a simple oil change and refused to do anything about it wouldn’t even give me boss’s number said he couldn’t do it on top of that didn’t even do the job I paid for I ignored previous reviews gave them A chance but if you want a good job done or even the right job don’t come here!!!!!!

Please do not go have any work done here. They almost caused my car to overheat by not putting the cap back on after an oil change. When I went back to tell them about it they were horrible to deal with, the manager and the guy who did the oil change were not helpful. They did not care and got angry with me because I expressed myself about the issue. Never ever go there!!!!!

Step-son had a problem with his car and was on his way back to another State. They got the car in quickly. It was front rotors (warped so bad they could've come off) and brake pads. Great job but a bit pricey for a break job.

Avoid this place! If I could give no stars I would. The mechanics have no idea what they are doing. The worst customer service ive ever had! They will only make your car worse.

My friend took her car there to find an oil leak they put the die in it said it was only leaking from the oil pan gasket she pays almost $400 for that brings it home and I notice she is leaking oil worse than before she took it back they said it's a sensor that's broke she asked why they didn't see it before and they said it wasn't leaking from there before so the are charging almost $200 for that. So beware!!!!

This place is the worst. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I needed front and rear brake pads and front rotors after I left my car was squealing and the brake pedal had to be pushed all the way to the ground to stop and there was this burning smell. I drove it back up there and another 2 hours later they said it should be fixed and they had to bleed the brake line. I left there again and my car was still not right and the burning smell was worse. The next day I took it to another place to have it checked out and they said the rear brake pads were not put on properly and the burning smell was the brake pads grinding into the rotors. The front brake pads were also not put on right and that caused me to need a front right caliper. After I spent over 900 at precision I had to spend another 1,700 to fix everything they messed up. I called to get some kind of resolution and all they told me was I should have brought it back to them. I said absolutely not am I bringing my car back to you for a 3rd time so you can mess it up even more. They had no remorse and could care less

Good price for an oil change. The people forgot to put the cap back on, resulting in all the oil spilling out. Went back, they replaced the cap and oil, and cleaned the oil off the engine. Everyone makes mistakes, they owned up to it and fixed it.

Beware!!! The manager and mechanics were extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. I took my car in for a damaged part(water pump) and came out with a burning car that will no longer start. They sent me to get unnecessary parts and failed to inform me just how bad the damage was. They were not able to effectively install or repair a simple water pump and it led to a bigger issue. I’m now at the point where I have to buy a new car unfortunately. I strongly advise against this place and suggest Midas for any auto repairs instead.

I took it to recharge the air conditioning, they told me 175 30 minutes later he told me something is wrong with the compressor it does not take charge. it cannot be charged you have to pay me for telling you that it's bad $175(cost of the recharge) scam!!!! He refused to give me my key if I didn't pay him. I Called the police so I can have my keys back Do not take your car there the manager is very rude lack of professionalism How can you charge for something you didn't do it DON'T EVEN STOP IN THIS "BUSINESS "

Nick is a great guy he seems honest .I do believe with your car there's always risk when it comes to mechanics, I mean after all it is a business.anywho I faithfully get my oil change here.they take your phone number which is how you are logged in their system.oil change varies I usually plan for $45-$60. Something else they always ask you if you want them to replace. The mechanic staff seems to often fluctuate I rarely see the same guy in the cars part just nick in the inside. Overall they get the job done for the most part.and after on your report sheet they tell you the suggestions with the prices that way you can budget accordingly.

They charged me $86 for a oil change and did not do anything that they said they offer with that oil change. They couldn’t even rotate my tires 🛞 because they only had one jack. Then they charged me for 7 quarts of oil and my husband checked the oil and I was a quart low…. They seem to get a little annoyed when I told them I did not want to change my air cabin filter because my husband is a mechanic. And he wanted me to do a oil change and that’s it. They was nice but when they advertise something they should actually do what they advertise.
