I went here to get my brakes checked out because they've been squeeking the guy in charge told me I needed my break shoes and brake kit replaced . The total was $475 so I thanked him and told him I'd need to go get another quote somewhere else. I went around the corner to Randy's mufflers and brakes and it ended up being that I just needed a brake adjustment wich cost me $30 and now my brakes no longer make that horrible noise. Be carefull before just paying out all your hard earned money to these guys or getting swindled into one of their payment plans ! I would not recommend this place to anyone !!

My AC went out this summer, I came by and paid for a full diagnostic. I was told it wasn't blowing well and that I'd need a new compresser, AC valve and condenser. I believed them and paid nearly 3 grand to have everything replaced. I even had the GM look at my car and he said he spent all day, said there was nothing else wrong with it. 2-3 weeks later my AC is out again. I come back and they tell me my damn AC hose is out, and that they'll graciously refill the freon for free because they "missed" the hose in the diagnostics. Went straight to the worst thing, I'm out a hell of a lot of money just for it all to have been the AC hose all along? It's my bad that as a woman I didn't second guess their integrity, but to miss the AC Hose RIGHT ON TOP OF THE ENGINE, is absolutely ridiculous and shows a lack of respect to me because they my knowledge on cars is limited. These mechanics will start large, the worst problem it could possibly be and milk it to the end. They also over charged me for an oil change, and when my boyfriend went in for one he paid a lot less than me. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely NOT ! I go for an oil change with NO LEAKS at a cost over $70 . To literally a full leak in just one week, i had to add oil everyday just to drive here and there . I called and they claim it was a bad leak before they touched it (LIES) BUT if it was such a bad leak why not inform me ? Oil spiting out everywhere cause other major issue with my truck and had to take it to the shop which that cost me over $400. Take your money and car SOMEWHERE ELSE .

Took my car in for standard oil change. The office guy said it would take about 20 or 30 minutes. No big deal. About 15 minutes in, 3 other people came in for oil changes. After 20 minutes, we notice all other cars have been brought into the bay, but ours. I go to speak with service guys to let them know we have been waiting the longest. Another 20 minutes go by and our car finally gets brought into the bay. After awhile they ask us if we would like the air filter changed out. We said okay, lets just get this done. By this time, all the people who came after us was done and gone. I go back to the front to ask what is taking so long for my 2018 Honda. Apparently, they didn't have my filter and just ordered it and waited for delivery without asking us if we were okay with another additional wait time. It took almost 2 hours for an easy oil change and they didn't even offer a discount. Will not be returning.

Went to precision a week ago got a quote for all breaks and rotors front and back $1200. Went back after the holiday weekend because the front couldn't wait. All of a sudden the front by itself became $1000.also ask them to put air in my back tire because it was low.When the manager brought my key back. He said I had a whole in my tire . Thank God I had a portable charger and compressor in my trunk. There was no whole.Long story short don't go there. Go up the street to B&S breaks and mufflers much cheaper and honest ppl.
