I bought this 2004 Dodge Ram (though she's RIP now, thanks drunk driver.. 😢🤬😫.. luckily no one was hurt except my truck, which unfortunately didn't pull through.. ) but anyways, I had alot of problems trying to get it fixed and never had even got to see it drive yet, though many mechanics tried and failed to diagnose/fix the "problems." I wasted alot of money and time and was super frustrated by the time I found Mike with Preferred Automotive. He was able to figure it out within 20 min! He came out to check it out for me around noon, & had it fixed by the end of the day!!! He saved me so much time, money, and frustration, and I highly recommend him. Thanks so much Mike Morales!!!!

Mike is a phenomenal guy, hero of the day! Literally saved an RV for my team. He made himself available on a Sunday when he could have been relaxing at home. We would not be where we're at without Mike and his quick turnaround time. THANK YOU!

Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a check engine light come up on our Audi TT and he helped us out. He didnsome troubleshooting and found several minor issues and had a plan for getting the issues resolved. He is well priced and very helpful.

I called Mike about putting a Co2 sensor in our car if we already had the part. He gave me a great price and was able to get it done that day in only a couple hours. He also took care of a few minor problems. Highly recommend and will continue to do business with him.

Mike is a nice guy but does not respond to the chat or texts. He 'fixed' my car by resetting the codes then the engine light came back on a week later. Now I can't get a response after I already paid him. Going to have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed.

My girlfriend and I got stranded in my Challenger in Denver and Mike came to the rescue in more ways than one. Not only did he get my car fixed and back on the road to our home in Colorado Springs but he also provided my girlfriend with medicine for her migraine. He went above and beyond the very affordable price that he charged us and I couldn't be more happy with his service and the work he did to my car. Thank you Mike.

I spoke with Michael twice and he promised to be at my house the next morning to work on my truck. I am still waiting for him to show up. As far as I am concerned useless and unreliable. Update Michael showed up and said he would do the work for free. I paid him anyway and once here was very thorough.

This guy is amazing and comes to where you are where ever you are. one night me and my girlfriend were stranded and we learned about him cuz he saw us one time at a gas station broke down came to our aid. we were about to spend over $300 for a tow but instead he fixed our car on the spot and we drove off he will come anytime and give you a great price!!

I call and Mike was out within an hour. Figured out the problem within 10 minutes. Had part on vehicle and was greatly priced. Would recommend Preferred Automotive any day. I will be using him again for sure

Preferred automotive company is professional and extremely helpful. Broke down in the middle of the highway and Michael drove over 30 minutes to help. Would definitely break down again if Michael was the one taking care of business.

He still owes me money from almost a year ago and still hasn't got aes certified and likes to lie and break people up. So for everyone that has used him to work on your vehicles I pray he hasn't damaged them more than they were prior to him working in them. I no longer talk to him or trust him and I've been there when he needed me and he screwed me over.

Very disappointed with this service. A 2-4 hour job that he agreed he can do within that time turned into an 11 hour job and the job was still not completed, there was more damage he caused than repairs.
