Robert is extremely professional and provides excellent services. Works great with military. The most fair shop on pricing. Family friendly aswell. Robert always provides accurate quotes and is timely with servicing vehicles.

I called for my daughter I'm in Florida and she said is in Texas. Robert answered and gave me a piece of mind when it came to helping my daughter. Firestone was trying to cheat her and Robert made it better

Robert and his team treated me so well the second I walked in the building. He and his mechanics broke everything down for me when they noticed my alignment couldn’t be done properly. Their knowledgeability and concern for my safety gave me peace of mind knowing I could trust them for the job. They finished in less than 2 days and gave me a very fair price for their work. I recommend this shop to anyone with any type of alignment problems. They did a fantastic job!

Being out of towners, it's always nerve-racking to go to a local repair shop. Robert was very thorough from diagnosing the issue to showing us what it takes to fix it. We felt that we were treated fairly and would highly recommend this shop.

Definitely recommend Robert for your mechanic needs. As we were making our way back from Mexico to Utah my trucks engine went out and Robert and his team did a great job getting it repaired. I have not had any issues with my truck since than. Thank you

I came in for an alignment and robert called to my attention an extra diagnóstic i wasnt expecting , but he was able to to work with me.Really happy and grateful Robert and his team took there time to make sure i drove out of there safely , definitely will recommend..

10 out of 10, Robert is highly knowledgeable and honest when it comes to his work, I was calling all over El Paso for an alignment to be done on my lifted truck and it seemed nobody wanted to work on it, I called him and he did not hesitate to take me in and get the work done, affordable and honest good work, will come back again for any suspension needs on my vehicles

Robert and his team at Premier did a great job on my vehicle. My car was noticeably more stable, after I left their shop. I was ready to get rid of my car but I will be keeping it a few more years thanks to the service I received. They do good work at a fair price. They've got my repeat business.

Took my son's car to Premier after the car had been in an accident, rear suspension was bent and frame was out of specs. Robert and his team were able to completely replace suspension and get the frame straight and perfectly back to factory specs in a timely and professional manner. HIGHLY recommend Premier for any of your automobile needs.
