Before I booked I looked through the reviews and saw a pattern with poor reviews connected to a Groupon deal, and great reviews by none Groupon customers. I decided to go with Premier because I have also been disappointed by a service paid via a Groupon deal. First, Id like to mention that Premier had great customer service and washed my SUV in on a day they are typically off. My SUV was dirty. I had been on two camping trips and I commute across the bay and peninsula daily. My car was VERY dirty. The price I paid for my SUV to be spotless was extremely reasonable. Premier went above what I expected and even buffed out multiple blemishes to my paint on the bumper. Premier even cleaned under the hood. Wow! The inside was cleaned well. The amount of work that was needed for the outside, I’m not complaining about a few spots missed here and there inside. I will 100% come back for more detail work here!! Thank you, Premier.

Excellent experience with Eddy. Purchased a Groupon for interior and exterior detailing for my 2015 Nissan Versa, easy scheduling for the next business day. I dropped my car off and returned 3hrs later to a beautifully cleaned car. I did not experience any upcharging or upselling, he did an excellent job and was kind, courteous and respectful. I was shocked at how clean he got my car interior as my car is 10 years old and I have never had it deep cleaned before. Highly recommend!

Eddie was really wonderful! He communicated well beforehand and was easy to schedule with. When I arrived he noticed my headlamp covers were really foggy and offered to clean them for an additional $50--I was so grateful for this! I've been meaning to find someone who could help, and he really did a remarkable job. He did a great job with my car (an older and well-loved hatchback) and obviously takes pride in his work. Highly recommended for your auto detailing needs!

Most people don't understand how difficult it is to operate a business in San Francisco. Eddie is an incredible, independent small business owner who takes time to provide excellent care to his customers. I've seen some reviews disrespecting him and want you to know about my experience having my SUV detailed here today. For groupon customers, like me: please try to understand the challenges independent owner-operators like Eddie face before making demands or assumptions. Detailing is a time-based task, and larger vehicles take more time. My vehicle was larger than the maximum-size requirement stated in the Groupon; so I paid extra, but let me tell you that I do not regret it. I still came out ahead over other detail centers, and it's been a pleasure working with Eddie. Highly recommend for detail work. See photos.

I purchased a Groupon for $175 intended for a small to medium-sized car. However, upon scheduling an appointment for a Honda HRV, which I consider a small or at most medium-sized car, I was informed that there would be an additional $75 charge for SUVs. This seemed odd to me, as I thought the Groupon should have covered my vehicle. Upon arrival, the service provider commented on the dirtiness of my car, even calling it a "burner car," which it is not. I paid the extra fee, bringing my total to $250. I think this is fair for the detailing service provided, but the process of reaching this price was frustrating and not transparent. The detailing job was thorough, making the car significantly cleaner than before. However, there were some oversights, such as not vacuuming the spare tire compartment and failing to remove sunscreen from the exterior. I've attached photos for reference. Overall, the experience was marred by poor negotiation and a detailing job that, while good, was not immaculate.

This place is very unserious. I bought a Groupon for an interior detail for a small car, which my car is small. My car had flooded during the storm and I had already paid a different to remove the carpet to remove all the standing water, but of course the carpet was still damp. Which is why I needed a shampoo. Upon my arrival, he began to inspect my car and saw ash in my ashtray and tried to say he couldn’t do the service because “he has asthma”. An excuse he quickly backed out of after I told him I have asthma too… and what is ash going to do to you? Next once he saw my carpets were wet he started throwing a fit and said he couldn’t shampoo my rugs became there was water. I of course pushed back and said that makes no sense. How else do you shampoo carpet without using water anyway? What does them being wet have to do with anything? Then he said it would take him two days to do the job and I would have to leave my car with him. Absolutely not. Finally he asked me how much I paid Groupon, then told me Groupon would only give him $50 out of the $85 I paid and it isn’t enough for the work he has to do. I told him money wasn’t an issue but my thing is, he is the one that sets the prices on Groupon. Why set the prices so low if you think you need more for your work? And then complain about it?? Very unprofessional. It’s seems he uses Groupon as a way to attract customers and then will start speaking grammar when you get there and try to get more out of you. This business is a joke. I took my car elsewhere to be shampooed and they had it done in under two hours with no issue. AVOID THIS PLACE! For your peace of mind.

He did a great job at detailing my car! He even buffed out some of the scratches on the outside, which makes it look way better. My car is so clean and I will definitely be back!

I have purchased a Groupon for a complete car detail. The voucher very clearly did NOT indicate the size of the vehicle, I read the fine print very carefully. When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman started arguing with me about the terms of the promotion and told me to read the fine print… I never went in and got reimbursed for the Groupon. Very poor business etiquette!

GROUPON SCAM! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! Long review **** Eddy is dishonest! Trust the other reviews when they say he tries to cash more money out of your visit. I have a prius c and purchased a hand wash and interior detailing deal. The coupon IS VERY SPECIFIC. Once I got there he told me the price I paid was for a interior detailing ONLY and I should pay more?!?! I told him that he’s doing exactly what other people said on the reviews and my coupon was very specific regarding the service worth. I should have trusted the reviews!!!! His explanation was that people would buy deals for small cars when they had an SUV. Which I believe to be untrue as he was doing the same with me, just for a different reason. He agreed to “wash” my car and said he’d do the “extra” work for no additional fee (the work ALREADY included on coupon. 3 hours later my car is ready and the $89 deal ($160 worth service)turned out to very expensive. The car was reasonably clean but it did not looked professionally clean. There were A LOT of small spots left out/dirty inside and out. It’s not worth the stress or the service.

Hi, I got a groupon for detailing for this business and was very satisfied. I did get the small/medium vehicle so when I contacted him he did say it would cost a little more for an SUV that seemed reasonable $75 extra. I also had to cancel twice due to COVID and he was very nice about it. We brought in the car (after a few months) of driving my 5 year old with a 2 hour commute and lots of sticky food and cheerios everywhere. He did an excellent job and was kind. I think he is doing the best he can in this current inflation environment and I will go back next time. Thanks for cleaning up all of the kid crud!

I purchased a detail on Groupon and called to make an appointment. He asked what type of car I have. I told him and he agreed to do the work. When I showed up for my appointment, he asked for an extra $150 saying my car was too big. My car meets the definition of a compact car. I left and got a refund from Groupon.

We’ve been going here for 10 years - he is the absolute best! I’m fact he detailed our cars so well that when we were ready to sell our older Mercedes CLK - he bought it! Always friendly and reliable - and we trust our cars to him completely!

I recommend Heribe and his business Premier Auto Detail. I should have taken before photos of this truck. It was caked in dirt and needed a lot of help. When I picked it up a day later it was shiny and looked brand new. We will be happy to return to use Heribe’s services again.

I got a groupon for full detail for SUV. When I called he seemed disappointed when I told him this. Red flag? I got there he seemed like a nice guy. I talked a little with him about the work since I am aware of what goes into it a good friend had a detail business, (I used to hang around his shop and help out). I picked up my car at first glance it looked good. Then I started noticing things. The little cubby hole was not clean. Around the power port was dirty. The gear shifter base was not clean when you put it in drive. No attention to detail! A little trick my friend did was he used a compressor to blow stuff out of hard to reach places. This also prevents damage to consoles and such via vacuum attachments. I opened the lift gate the back was hardly vacuumed. Opened storage area untouched. I also felt the car, he did not clay bar the entire vehicle. I then noticed polish or wax spray on the roof rack from his orbital. He did not touch the engine compartment. There was wax on the headlights. Forget about detail, he didn't even finish the job. The main problem, he is now working by himself, he clearly needs to hire someone to help. The problem for me is , I have been redoing what he didn't. I still have to finish vacuuming and also get the wax off the roof rack and clean the engine compartment. This in addition to what I haven't discovered yet. I paid nearly $300 and gave him a good tip. Drag, I guess he should change it to a 75% kinda-detail. I am also confused as to why places do groupons when they really don't want to honor them. So if you pay full price, do you get a full detail? Really disappointed. In looking at other reviews that are older, he clearly had folks working with him then. Eddie hire some help.

did not honor groupon at advertised value (purchased at 150, valued at 290) Said the small - medium car does not include a subaru forester with pet hair, but then did agree to do an in and outside cleaning for 200 dollars. Was actually very clean and I gave him an additonal 20 dollar deal. Still 70 buckcs more than the original groupon so he should probably update his ads there to match these prices. Overall not a great experience but his results were good.

Eddy is just great! He did a fantastic job on my car; it looks and feels great! Even got rid of the stains I thought were permanent on the inside. He also polished out a long scratch on the outside of my car. Scheduling was easy, and the price was good. He really goes the extra mile. Happy to recommend his service!

I'm not sure what all the one star reviews are about. Even though I went in with a Groupon, I think he did a really good job, particularly on shampooing the carpets which was the main thing I needed. Pickup and drop-off was easy.

Stay away from this place. The owner is completely dishonest in his dealings. I purchased a Groupon for a full interior and exterior detailing the car for $160 before tax. I drive an hour into the city early in the morning and after he redeems my Groupon he tells me that I now owe an extra $50 plus tax because there's pet hair in my car. Full interior detailing includes the shampooing and vacuuming of the car supposedly so what is the extra charge for? He refused to do the work that I had paid for and now I am having to figure out how to get a refund for my Groupon. He also became very passive aggressive when I told him I wouldn't pay his extra fee and started to complain about how much money he was going to make cleaning my car. It was his decision to put this on Groupon. If it was not enough money for the service he never should have put it up. Honor what you advertised or you will lose all your customers!
