I went for an alignment they were going to charge me $70. So I asked him show me the diagram of how the alignment was before they serviced my truck and after they couldn't produce it. They told me the machine didn't work. They told me my racking pinion had to be replaced and they were only charging me $45. So they basically ripped me off.

Had my vehicle worked on by premier a few years ago. I now live in Conroe, so I told myself I was too far away to justify the drive to bring my vehicle to them, I was wrong. Premier was hands down, the best mechanic/shop I have personally dealt with. Their service was exceptional and their quality of work/price is unmatched. After having to deal with five different mechanics/shops in Conroe, and the headaches, stress and poor quality of work that these shops have caused me...I'll be making the hour long drive to premier from now on if possible.

Service was quick and courteous. I didn't have the opportunity to compare prices with other shops but they seemed high to me. I have mixed feelings about this particular issue. My car is repaired although I didn't receive the old parts.

The quality of work and professionalism is horrible. It took 4 times to get my front end aligned on my car. They left two bolts loose on my front lower control arms!!! The service manager was always over talking me and had an attitude. Never an apology... He could have cared less. I will never ever go back. (James the orginal owner who was excellent has sold his business.)

I have taken my vehicles to multiple mechanics, three in fact. I have taken both my 2002 Honda Accord as well as my now 2010 Ford Fusion to different mechanics. Out of all the people I’ve taken it to, Premier Auto always leaves me the most satisfied with the work that’s been done. James at premier auto service does everything the right way. When I bring my car in, he always communicates with me up front and gives me all of my options. He tells me what needs to be fixed right away, what needs to be fixed soon, and what can wait. He also never does any work without asking first, which most mechanics do without asking and then make you pay for. Another great thing is if he says it will be done Thursday by 5, it’s always done by then. He never is late or commits to a time frame and then screws it up. He uses the right parts, and he does the work top notch. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SOME CHEAP MECHANIC. You get exactly what you pay for, and a premier auto, you get top notch service. I always trust my vehicle here.

James the manager is demoralizing and unprofessional; I could hear him yelling and cussing out his employees. This should not be tolerated at all and should be addressed immediately. Someone should put him in his place. I wouldn’t doubt If half of these reviews are fake

My daughter goes to UofH and we live north of Fort Worth. We had two issues with her car and after the first repair James did, I didn't hesitate to call him again for the second. He is a straight forward, honest guy and it's good know that he will take care of my daughter's car since I'm out of town. Thanks to Hannah Scott and her Dad for recommending James at Premier Auto Service.

Our underbody panel was lose and they were very friendly, and they put it up on the rack and quickly secured. They were very affordable and dog friendly too. It’s great to know a place for future service here in the Jersey Village area.
