Derek and his crew were great to work with keeping us in the loop on the repairs needing to be performed on the vehicle and providing suggestions on best options taking into account the cost of the repairs. I am very happy with the work performed. We will definitely be back with any of our mechanical needs and to have routine maintenance performed at Premier Auto Service.

Just got my car back from Premier Auto. I'm so happy with the results. They did a complete check up on my Rogie and replaced my a/c compressor. They are awesome communicators, got my car in next day and fast and friendly service. I'm taking both my cars to Premier from now on!

My Smart car wouldn't go into gear and I needed to find a place that my extended warranty would work with. I had already had the clutch actuator done last year and when the engine light came on, it was throwing a transmission code. I called Premier Auto Service and had my vehicle towed there to see what the problem was. They looked at it within 24 hours and determined it needed a new transmission. After they made several attempts to work with my extended warranty company, I discovered that the warranty company was a scam and has a lawsuit pending against them in the state where they are located. So after 2 weeks of trying to get the warranty folks to approve the service, I finally just told Premier to move forward with the transmission. The first transmission they installed conked out after they put it in during the 25 miles they drive it setting to make sure it was working properly, which it was until it conked out. They ordered a second transmission and again made sure my car ran well before I picked it up. This whole experience was obnoxious and stressful and frustrating, but Derek worked with me the whole time and made sure my car was ready to go as soon as it was deemed safe. I appreciated his communication on what was going on, and he was professional and made sure my car was well taken care of in a difficult situation. I did have to call to get updates, but I was answered every time and so I had the info I needed. Thank you Derek and the folks at Premier!

First time here, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they understood my needs and got the job done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Just needed a transmission filter and flush and that’s all they focused on, no up selling me something I didn’t need.

My experience at Premier was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with automotive repairs. I talked to Brian about diagnosing and repairing my car that wasn't running. I informed Brian that I was pretty certain it needed a new catalytic converter due to it being clogged. He seemed to disregard my input and just said they would do their own diagnostic checks on the car. Brian said to have the car towed in and they would check it out, so I paid a tow truck to tow it to their shop on Oracle Road in Tucson. After a week or two, Brian informed me that the car needed a new transmission. I asked him if they got the car to even start? Brian informed me again, no because it needed a new transmission for $5000. I went to the shop and found my car parked in the back of their shop behind 2 rows of other vehicles with dust on it like it had not even been touched in awhile. I informed Brian I was having a tow truck come pick up the car from Premier to move it to Meineke, to which he replied, he would get the car ready for the tow truck. When the tow truck showed up an hour later the car was still parked untouched in the back. After finally moving the car to Meineke Car care on Oracle Road, they immediately diagnosed the car and said it needed a new catalytic converter. They replaced the catalytic converter in a timely manner and had my car up and running. It turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission, and my car has been running great now for months. So either Brian at Premier Auto Care is incompetent as a mechanic or he was trying to scam me out of $5000 for a transmission I obviously did not need.

Ladies, avoid taking your car here as they may take advantage of you. I brought my car in for an alignment and ended up being charged more than expected. They claimed they were going to add some bolts, but this was not reflected on the receipt, which only included an additional $19 for labor. Moreover, my car isn't running properly now. my car was fine before bringing it here i’m very disappointed It's best to bring your vehicle here only if you purchased it from the dealership.

They installed new brake pads on my car when Big Brand Tire said that I needed new rotors or else they would not replace anything. Premier said that my rotors were fine.

Very poor communication In the last few months, even since the staff change, I have had to bring my car in 3 times for the same issue. Not only has the issue not been fixed, but there are always at least 3 days of radio silence and avoided calls when I try to get an update on my vehicle. This is a very frustrating group of people to have to work with, so if you aren't coming here because of your warranty/if you have the money to pay for the repairs, I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I leased my car with Premiere almost a year ago, every service and repair I need, I come to Premiere Auto Service at 3350 N Oracle Rd. David, and Bryan, are always reassuring with the service they provide, and are extremely friendly and very welcoming anytime i’ve come in. I appreciate the diligence the workers have here, and the respect they pay towards their customers every time. They always assure me that they’ve done a great job taking care of me, and making sure I know exactly what is going on with my vehicle. Thank You!!

My brother's Kia souL broke down and sat at this shop for a few months and they finally called to ask if we want a Estimate on the Vehicle and we waited for how much it would be and a few weeks after that Conversation. they called back to say it will be Ten thousand then we ended up getting the Vehicle Towed back to our house and our friends checked it out and said their wasnt anything wrong with the Motor which premier Auto said my brother needed a new motor and it would cost 10 Thousand . It only cost us 250.00 .

My car has been there for a week and a half. I have no idea what’s going on with it. No one answers me. They leave me on hold and then never pick up again. They purposely dont answer my calls. The first day it was there they were supposed to fix that fact that it was overheating then tried say it wasn’t over heating and they’ll try again tomorrow. Making me feel crazy. I will never bring my car here again. If you want good costumer service and need you car done within a week. Cause it’s been a week and I half and I still don’t know what’s happing 🥳 — don’t come here. Update! I got my car back and they fixed the coolant reservoir but that not the water pump which is causing the sound (I know this because I went to a different auto shop). IT WAS MY WATER PUMP MAKING THE SOUND AND CAUSI G UT TO OVERHEAT. They tried to give me a quote of $2000 dollars for something I didn’t even need!!!!!! Thank god I got a second opinion. Also its the ✨new staff✨ that gave me the quote.

Worse shop ever!!! I bought a Chevy Silverado in November of 2023 at Premier Auto truck transmission went out as soon as I bought it pretty much. They put a new transmission in January 2024. Soon after my truck broke down again. Truck was towed to Watson Chevrolet was told throttle body, oil in cylinder 4, engine lifters out. Pretty much bought a POS truck. April now and still no resolution. Nobody calls me back. They have the worse customer service at the shop not to mention no workers they got rid just about everyone that was supposedly helping me. Nobody answers my number at the shop now! The manager from the actual dealership Tyler was helping me out yet he decided to block my number and not get back to me just because I was asking what is happening with my truck that been paying for all year long and not able to use it. Tyler took a bigger role with the company yet he blocks his customers!!!! No rental has been provided nothing. I have lost my job and I’m sick cannot go to my Dr appointments yet nobody seems to care or create a resolution my truck has just been at the shop and shop does not answer me at all. Was told they ordered the engine lifters was set to arrive March21st, then March 26th, now they were never ordered. Claudia is a new person there she’s completely clueless about everything. She is rude and has NO customer service at all. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
