Had my airline on my freightliner break off, called Premier, they got to me quickly, the guy that serviced me Mr.Johnathan was pleasant, before coming to me he called and made sure he had the correct parts, AWESOME SERVICE. I came in for batteries to be replaced, it was the fastest service, that I’ve received at a repair shop in a very long time! Ronnie Sr, attitude and customer service A-1! I would recommend everyone to go by and get your Diesel truck serviced!

When I tell you Johnny on the spot I broke down in Baton Rouge Louisiana at a delivery dock and my trucks fan clutch took a shit. Joe was there in less than 30 minutes. Struggling to find the part but they didn’t give up. And after a little emotional roller coaster Joe found the parts and they teamed up and fixed my truck and was able to make my next delivery. I highly recommend premier fleet services if ever in the area and in a bind. Dude knows his shit.

I was the only black worker by the name of Zeke who recently got fired , reason being because I can not work 8 hours a day a the do 7 hours of on call back to back . I expressed this to her an we had words , I then went a packed up my tools , I got an attorney because I express this to them before a they ignored it they have also cheated me out of my check multiple times, an this mom an pop shop will rape your funds with how the overprice things an how they do call outs they will stack them so you’ll have to wait till another call out is done. Leaving the customer waiting a possibly missing loads, very unorganized company. Please listen if there is something wrong with your vehicle an we know it can’t be fixed they will not tell you they would rather get your money from the call out fee just to not do anything . But after I proceeded to get my tools , I walked to the store but my lawyer called and told me to get my pink slip, now mind you when I walked past the office the first time there was nothing on her desk , when I came back in to get my pink slip she was brandishing a smith & Wesson an called another worker up there like I was gonna do her something . I never threatened that lady , an I know I didn’t because I recorded our whole interaction. They will be hearing from my lawyer to , an please save y’all money and get an honest company to do the job. Reply from response ( Now I don’t have to say anything else as you all see how she responded. By down talking my ability as a tech . No one threatened you, but u see how u down talking me now of course I’d cuss you out anyone would, thank u so much for the reply and will be releasing all video an audio.since I am lying I tried to spare y’all . But I’m not going to allow down talking . An if was so scared why not just call the cops😑 u planned to shoot me first then call cops later? Mind you have cameras and you cannot prove I was the least bit aggressive with you, so good luck in court if your business does go down it’s because of you and your husband’s cheep tricks an I also recorded both time u cheated my money an I recorded your so call excuse like I said I will be posting all vids, have a great day.)

I am so happy I came across premier fleet services, the owner said first thing in morning and sure enough they are on top of it Joseph and Ronnie worked on my tractor, after I’ve been stuck since 8th of January today 14 they got part and ready to go , that’s because other services didn’t give me the right diagnosis . I recommend them they are honest and integrity of good business. You won’t get ripped off of other's my tractor good . Ronnie Sr, the best maintenance I have ever had, was very prompt, came with a good spirit and knowledgeable and understood what was really wrong with my truck. He fixed the primarily fuel filter & knew that I also needed a fuel water separator to get me back on the road. I would recommend his services anytime.

Had a coolant leak on my KW Joseph and John fixed it by replacing a small hose for more then $500 lasted a few weeks then started having the same problem again

I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph and Ronnie today while after my Tractor broke down on the side of the road. I ran over a bed sheet on the Interstate which got wrapped around my driveshaft and tore my air line off. It caused me to lose air pressure and I barely made it to the shoulder of the highway before my Tractor shut completely down. These two Gentlemen were able to remove the sheet off my driveshaft and repair my air line in under 1 hour. The service was excellent and they were professional . I highly recommend them!!! Keep up the good work Guys…
