I was referred here by my friend and finally it turned out to be jackpot for me. I have been in hunt for a non biggies showroom kind service center, who can do it all. They are very honest, and Felix and Ricardo helped me feel at right place. They presented video of my car, not other car, to explain the issues. And my car is super smooth after that. They also serviced my car at atleast couple hundred bucks. I strongky recommend to visit them if you want your car to be seen by specialist.

So thankful our mechanics for our other vehicle referred us to Felix at Premier Imports. He got my car diagnosed and fixed so fast! I felt safe and cared for. Plus I feel like Felix is a super honest man to do business with. Oftentimes, women are easily taken advantage of. Highly recommend these guys for your auto needs!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Mr Felix is the greatest sent me pictures and videos and I explained everything to me. My car feels else and sounds brand new!

This place freaking sucks theyy keep your car for months & wont tell u nothing thats goin on they dont answer the phone or get back to u have to drive there physically & he still give you the run around i Mercedes benz has been sittin here for almost 2 months now feliz cool n all but he doesn’t know how to run a business customers service is top tiers & he doesn’t consider it. It like they do what they can when they can for the money because there german automotives they can be procrastinating on your vehicle.

Decent yet I think at times they take their time instead of factoring the clients time/situation. Just say if u can or not and the amt of time it takes = ball park, instead of dance around answers. But work is good for the most part.

Felix was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! I was concerned about the safety of our two vehicles. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT QUALITY WORK FROM HIS STAFF. A big thanks to Seth (mechanic) as well. Worked on my teenagers Volkswagen to make it safe to be on the road. Had the car done in one day. As far as pricing, hands down, no one can top Premier Imports. Had 3 other quotes for brakes on my Porsche, including dealership. No one even came close to his prices and that’s using OEM parts with warranty. He didn’t try to get over on me because I’m a female. Astonishing customer service! Will ONLY be getting our vehicles serviced here going forward. As much as we hate to see our mechanic, he made my experience enjoyable. He has made a returning customer out of me. Thanks again Felix!

Felix was great! He was able to get my car in on the day it was scheduled, diagnose and fix the issue with my check engine light, and also replace the rotors and brakes all before they closed for the day. The 2 year warranty on them is icing on the cake. I'll definitely be taking my care back if any other issues arise with my Jag F-Type.

Felix is amazing!! I have an older car and had trouble passing inspection. Other businesses kept giving me the run around and someone recommended Premier Imports to me! He let me know what I needed to repair in order to pass inspection, fixed those repairs within a timely manner and goes the extra mile to fix little things that others wouldn’t do. Definitely coming back, great people! Great customer service!

Had motor mounts, transmission mount and a tuneup completed staff friendly work completed in a timely manner n the cost of the repairs did make my blood pressure hit the roof I recommend if you have a foreign or domestic car Give Rico a call

Super solid place. They have taken care of my Jetta on a couple of occasions. Both times, the service was done within the day. I’m used to shops holding my car for multiple days similar type of issues. I felt as if they genuinely take care of business in a professional manner. My questions were answered and I don’t think the pricing was unreasonable. I’d say the best shop I’ve tried in Charlotte, I’m happy with my experience.

I always used Premier services for all my 2014 CLA Mercedes Benz needs since 2017 from Tryon to Statesville Rd.. Oil changes, services A & B, battery replacement and system reset upload. My car has run like a new born. Flex is very informative and the services fee's are excellent compared to other import Shops and dealerships. Thank you Guys!

I really appreciate Felix's and Rick's knowledge that they have on the vehicles they repair. I usually can come in later in the afternoon because of work and they work with my schedule so I'm grateful for that as well. They also hear me out when I tell them my vehicle problems to help me figure out what's wrong with it as opposed to trying to make an excuse of something else that is wrong and that I need to get fixed.

I moved and haven't found a better mechanic in Charlotte yet. Trustworthy and can get a detailed explanation of the issue/work needed. Never had an issue.
