If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I am in disbelief about this place and the workers here that I completely took my experience here out of my mind, but about 3 weeks ago I came here because my tires were low and I needed to get air in my tires, (which people please just go to the gas station 2 dollars isn’t that bad to do it on your own). Anyways, I called before I went to this place which whoever answered for this establishment told me they would fill my tires up and charge me however much I wanted to offer. Upon getting there they informed me it was cash only after the fact that they put air in my tires, to which I told them I didn’t have cash. So then another employee came outside with a device for the card (which I found funny because the man who changed my tire informed me the shop was cash only?) anyways I ended up being charged 10 DOLLARS for air and his excuse was “it’s a service you know” while licking a lollipop, fckn fruit cake. Anyways save yourself the scam and either go to the gas station for air or other tire shops I just went to this one since mine was packed. NEVER go here. Bad customer service, need some better people in this establishment.

Called in before I arrived and was in and out on a Thursday in less than 30 minutes. Got a used tire in great conditions for $50! A caveat is the reduced amount of garage space and wait time if someone is ahead of you.

Terrible experience not only will they lie to you about what’s wrong with your tire but they’re running a scam. Think your flat is fixed with a patch HAH they’ll put a plug instead just so you can come back because it’s leaking & insist you buy another used plugged up tire. This place is one of the worst *beware.*

I don't recommend this place, l just went there my tire wasn't even flat it just needs to be seal, they told me l need to change my tire l told them no, l just wanted to seal the tire, the said the 15 dollars it was not worth it

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place it’s awful customer service , He lost the phone number we had required and told come back tomorrow. Mind you I came in 15 mins before closing and they said it was close this is unacceptable whoever manages this place needs to step it up just really unprofessional I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK !!! to this place.

No recomiendo este lugar es pesimo me cambiaron la llanta y mas tarde la llanta se salio de lugar, esto me pudo causar un serio accidente, llame para reclamarles por su descuido irresponsable y so lo me dijo es que tu llanta estava muy oxidada , en ese caso el me uviera advertido y no devio ponerla.solo dijo si tiene razon fue mi culpa. 👎👎👎👎

They will take advantage of your money. Went in the get my wheel patched due to a nail and they ended up saying they could need to replace my tire with a used $60 tire. Later on realized that they put the outside of the tire inside and ontop of that they didn’t have the right tools and scratched my rims do to the bolt caps. They look unprofessional.

Very disappointed… I usually come here I called I was in a need of a tire change due to a very large screw in my tire. When I called they answered the phone I explained my situation and he laughed and said nah and hung up. Very unprofessional so disappointed.

Went there 30mins before closing, I had a flat and the guy still refused to help me. It was obvious that he was intoxicated. I suggest the owner of the place to go look at cameras and see if their employees are drinking alcohol while clocked in. Don’t recommend coming here.

3 days after getting new tires from this guys one went flat and I noticed most of my lug nuts were striped. Came in today to confront them on the issues they began attacking and yelling at me. One of them even walked away as we were talking, like some kind child trying to avoid any responsibility. The one that walked away was also the one that put the tires on and off. If you are reading this please take your business else where.

Alex waited on me and gave me great used tires for a great price! No extra charge for installation! He told me the tires would be ready in ,15 minutes. They were ready in 10! This guy really shows he cares about customers ☺️ 👍way to go Alex!!

Do not recommend. Went in to get a tire patched, they recommended a tire replacement, OK, so I got this done, only to find out that the service and tire was cheaper somewhere else. When I called premier tire shop to get an explanation about the price gap, the guy got very upset with me🧐. Now I know who NOT to make business with in the future. Head to Tenorio tire shop on Kedzie, they are very attentive, provide great customer service and the prices are not inflated/made up.

I had tires patched up by them in the past and more recently had a cracked wheel repaired by them. Great people and pretty fast turnaround time. Would recommend.
