Professional and extremely helpful. I went in knowing my situation with a turbo booster could be minor or very expensive. They ran all applicable diagnostics and the solution was cheaper than anything I was worried about for the last 2 months. Julian communicated every step along the way. I'll definitely be back.

Parts we get for our truck fleet are cheaper than going to dealer. We’ve purchased several headlights and mirrors for our trucks and they always fit. Just have your model and year of vehicle ready and should be a quick transaction

The experience started by using the app. Which was so easy to use and offered detailed options for your car services. Before my appointment was confirmed, a sales rep called to confirm and answer any questions I may have. They were so knowledgeable and gave exceptional advice. At the facility the staff was so friendly and genuine. They kept me updated through out the experience by giving me a friendly call and even offering uber/lift. Outstanding work gentlemen 😇

Just recently took our Cayenne in for repairs and I must say, I was very pleased with the way Kaleb kept us informed through every step. He even waited after his shift for us to pick up our car. That really spoke volumes of their service. I highly recommend them and i think I’ve found someone trustworthy!

Called them to see if they would check a rattle in the front end of my 2023 Ford Explorer. They gave me an appointment for the next day! They informed me that the problem may be a warranty issue covered by Ford. I told them I still wanted them to take a peak at it since Ford can take a couple weeks to look at it. They gave me a free 15 minute look and sure enough there was a rattle. They told me again to take it to Ford because they also found an oil leak. Every one I talked to or came in contact with was extremely professional and helpful. My tech was Julian so ask for him! It is a very busy place so I was grateful they were able to get me in. They even had cookies, coffee & water while I waited! I definitely recommend them. Their honesty is very refreshing in a business that is not always positive. Quick response to text, setting appointments too! Easy to find and get to as well!!!! Thanks!

Great first experience with premier1 auto care. These guys know what they’re doing. They were very professional, knowledgeable and transparent, prices are very fair. Customer service was second to none with them even going so far as to Uber me to a restaurant so I could eat during my tire change, not to mention how comfortable the lounge area is. Premier1 definitely went above and beyond to provide excellent service and a truly hassle free shop experience. These guys will be getting my business from now on.

Had a lot of things done to my 1988 Jaguar XJS. Repairs were completed very quickly. My car now looks & runs like great. Should last me for quite awhile. Premier1 did a great job. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!

Had to get some work done recently on my car and was immediately contacted by Julian to schedule an appointment. Upon arriving, I was greeted outside with a smile and a wave. Premiere1 is so inviting! And they took care of my needs.. pretty quickly I might add. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a good auto shop they can trust. :)

I HAVE TO USE ALL CAPS FOR THIS BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER1 WAS ABSOLUTELY 💯 FANTASTIC! Caleb (the gentleman that assisted me) was not only EXTREMELY professional, but kind, empathetic, informative, knowledgeable AND A GREAT LISTENER. The entire staff are TOP-NOTCH! Aside from phenomenal customer service and superior work on my Audi, THE PRICES blew me away. THE PRICES are beyond affordable and beyond fair for a foreign car. I HIGHLY recommend this location for getting work done on ALL LEVELS.

I will continue to patronize this establishment. The defecation has hit the oscillator....!!!! 22 Oct 24, I had a 10AM Appointment for an oil change. I showed up about 9:45am, I was advised that I was next in the que. At 11:05 I stretched my legs to see if my car was ready. There it was, my car parked right out front of the entry doors. I inquired about paying only to find out they have not touched the car for an oil change. The service advisor realized it and said the service tech who was assigned to my car had an issue with the car he was working on. I guess it was me that had a problem. They assigned another service tech. At 1145 my car was ready, I requested the receipt be sent to my email. Another Failure...!!!! Infinitive could have changed the oil and washed the car in less time. What an epic failure. I called, by accident, the other Premier1 location. They handle the missing invoice, and emailed me the copy in less than 2 minutes. In the future, I will not be using that service rep off of San Pedro,

I'll post what I replied to premier1 when they texted me how my last visit went: "Honestly, not great. I had a couple issues with my truck the first time I brought it in. I was told they weren't able to replicate either issue. Well I drove it away and the steering column still rattled and the intermittent shut off still happened even tho the advisor said he drove the truck too. I paid ~$200 for essentially 30 min of checking the battery, engine bay and fluids that I already knew about. So I worked on it myself until I was test driving the new battery and control module to make sure they worked. Well I hit a speedbump and the truck shut off and wouldn't crank at all. So I tried trouble shooting it but gave up and had it towed back, expecting a deeper look considering I had just driven it away a week ago. Then I was advised that I should take it somewhere else as they quoted me 5-6 labor hours just to start on the issue I had wanted looked into the first time. I have no problem paying more labor hours but I felt like I had little to no communication, especially the first time I dropped it off as I didn't even get my quote until after I had already requested and picked the vehicle up because they didn't search for my issues." Also to add more context to the end of my text; I dropped my truck off on Friday, called mid-day Monday (9/16) as they did "diagnostic" work where they found everything except the two issues I wanted looked for. I called to clarify what to look for and was told they'd look further into it and would hear back. I didn't get a call, so I was expecting something the next morning. Nothing. So I called at 2:40pm on Tuesday (9/17) and my advisor was busy and would call me back. Ok. Well 4:30 rolls around and I still haven't gotten a call so I call again "oh yeah, we still couldn't find anything" so I just requested to pick it up that day so I could continue working on it myself. Eventually, I received the quote on Wednesday. On the second visit, I had taken several panels off exposing wiring, so I semi-understand why they wouldn't want to touch it anymore, however considering the issue ends up being a popped, dusty 40amp ignition fuse I overlooked; I'm quite disappointed they didn't even try. Been driving for 2 weeks with no issues.

I’d give this place 10 stars! From beginning to end Caleb was so professional, so transparent and took care of me and my car until the very end. This is the only shop in Texas I’d send my current & future cars too.

Premier1 Auto Care was a great help. We have a car that is difficult to work on that we do not trust with many dealers or repair shops. They went above and beyond to help us and earn our long-term business. If you have a high end foreign sports car in San Antonio I suggest Premier1 as a maintenance option.

Always a great experience at this shop. Professional, courteous and will take care of your vehicle in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about John Reiman. He’s the only tech I trust with my Toyotas (2 Landcruisers and 4Runner) in the area. Very knowledgeable, years of experience as a Toyota/Lexus tech, and an has off-road Toyotas of his own (2x 500k+ mile Lexus GX). Overall great shop and Kashan the owner has been exceptional. They opened another location near my house but I still take my vehicles to John. Highly recommend!

Being new to San Antonio, finding a trustworthy auto technician seemed like a daunting task—until I found Premier1 Auto Care. John, in particular, was highly recommended by a fellow Toyota owner who takes his entire fleet here. And let me just say, it was a blessing I was referred to John. He was 100% straight with me about everything, giving me "the good, the bad, and the ugly" with complete honesty. His knowledge and transparency were refreshing, and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Even though it's quite a drive from Helotes, I will happily make the trip because John is now the only person I trust to service my vehicles. I have had routine oil changes and a safety inspection done at this location. They are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean and very kid friendly too which is appreciated.
