I had a great experience with Premium Auto Shop. I had some damage to my BMW and wanted to have the quarter panel and door repaired. I reached out to the shop on Google and was able to bring my car in for a quote. When I pulled up, I was told to speak with Paulo and he looked at my car and gave me a quote. He was very kind and understanding and I also spoke to Priscila to help translate. They gave such a fair price compared to other auto body shops in the area and the BMW dealership. They were the least formal with the quote process(no printed out paper) but I did get the best feeling from talking with Paulo. I brought the car in last week and they were able to complete the repair in 5 days. I did reach out for updates periodically though out the week to make sure that everything was ok. When I picked up the car, it is hard to tell that there was ever any damage. It looks great and the work and paint job was seamless. There were no surprises with payment and they honored the price quoted. They also cleaned the inside, and polished the whole car. I was really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them for anyone (especially luxury cars) looking for a fair price and great service. Before and after pictures below (it was raining when I took the after photos).

Flawless Repair and Exceptional Service! I can't express enough how impressed I am with the service I received at Premium Body Shop. After a recent door crash incident with my BMW, I was worried about finding a shop that could restore it to its original condition. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, putting my concerns at ease. The repair process was seamless, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My BMW looks brand new, and you can't even tell there was any damage. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. I called this shop yesterday to see if they worked on convertible tops and they do. I took in a 2005 Nissan 350Z today to have the convertible top inspected it was not functioning properly. Paulo received it about 1pm. I had an estimate a few hrs later. It was fixed and ready to pu by 6pm. Very friendly and price was reasonable! I will be back in the future for any auto needs!!

Paulo é um excelente mecanico! Meu carro estava com um problema que outro mecânico não sabia como resolver e ele arrumou e ficou ótimo! Eu recomendo! Paulo is an excellent mechanic! My car had a problem that another mechanic didn't know how to solve and he fixed it and it turned out great! I recommend!
