I had a great experience at Prestige Auto KC! After my car accident, I was really stressed and overwhelmed about what my next steps were. Chris made the entire process so easy. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the repair process, worked with my insurance, and kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks AMAZING and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service. I will only recommend this shop, and especially Chris, to anyone in need of collision repair!

Unbelievable customer service and work of the highest quality. When Enterprise on Main (NEVER use them!) didn't deliver my car as guaranteed, Chris called me an Uber. They got the work done fast and even detailed my car. I hope I never have to go back, but I won't ever use anyone else!! Awesome place!!

I had an exceptional experience with Alex & Chris from first contact to pick-up. My car looks amazing! Not only did they fix accident damage, but I also had a chip on the hood repaired and cosmetic fixes on the front and rear bumpers. The paint match is exact! I noticed one headlight I had that was cloudy now looks brand new! They cleaned the car like it is brand new - inside and out. Seriously, it looks like it was detailed inside! I highly recommend Prestige Auto Collision. I won't take my car anywhere else! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The best body shop experience I’ve ever had! I got hit by an uninsured driver & found out the hard way my current insurance coverage doesn’t include rental car coverage. Chris & the squad put my car at the top of their priority list to get it back to me ASAP! They called me every few days to provide an update and were just fantastic to work with. Top notch work and customer service! I was in the middle of a 3-car pileup wreck in my 2023 Silverado. After extensive research for body shops in KC I decided to go with Prestige Auto to fix my new truck. They exceeded my expectations with the workmanship and stayed true their timeline of two weeks. They finished 4 days early even! They did not cut any corners, and battled my insurance to get OEM GM parts. This is the reason I chose Prestige, because most surrounding shops do not battle, and you’re stuck with junk parts that don’t fit right. I will only be using Prestige Auto moving forward. They made it clear to me that they care about the customer and our vehicles.

Went above and beyond. I had a tree branch fall on my trunk and had called all over the metro looking for a place to take my car. Due to the circumstances of the global distribution pipeline being clogged up, most shops were months behind and could not even bring my car onto the lot until two months out. After making many calls and trying to get a decent time estimate I landed with Prestige for a few reasons: - Good reviews - Were willing to go to bat for me to work with my insurance and use OEM parts and NOT used parts. - Confidence they could have my car on their lot earlier than they could currently commit. They contacted me as soon as they were able to bring it in, which was a whole month earlier than they could previously commit to. They had fluid contact with me throughout the process. Worked well with my insurance even when it was difficult. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and made me feel confident with their work. When I finally got my car back, I was very pleased with their work. Looked just like new. All OEM parts used, detailed inside and out, and continued to work with my insurance after I paid my portion and drove away satisfied. I will be going back to them next time I need any autobody work done.

Great shop and exceptional attention to detail. Had some cosmetic work completed after an accident and my truck came out looking better than it did brand new. He also made sure my truck was replaced with all OEM parts. Cannot recommend Alex and his staff enough. 10 out of 10!

When we asked another shop, who does similar work to them because they were booked, Prestige Auto was recommended to us. Upon the first interaction with Alex, we knew we took our car to the right place. Sons 2015 Lexus RCF has numerous Mods that were damaged while his car was parked. Hit and run had the son devastated. Other shops did not want to touch it but Prestige auto took on the job. Coming from a perfectionist ,These guys do it right. We just picked up the car today and we are 100% satisfied with the attention to detail on this repair. Car looks better today than when it was first purchased. These guys did an amazing job with this repair. Highly recommended for any style of car especially if you have high end sports car. We really wanted to thank our technician that worked in her but we forgot to ask... thank you mr. Repair man!!! You did an amazing job...Thank you Prestige Auto.

When you search top 10 body shops in kc these guys are at the top fir a reason. 30 minutes from quote request to response and 2 hours later a rollback was out to get my car. Chris is amazingly fast with information and the repair itself was rather quick considering. They worked hard to get quality oem parts when the insurance tried to cheap out. They really went to bat for me and that means a lot to me. I whole heartily recommend them for all your collision repair needs.
