I called last minute with a nail in my tire and they were so kind and helpful. They could have easily turned me away but instead made time to help out. Very affordable, very kind, had no issues with the replaced tire. I will be coming back for all my car needs!

This place is amazing, my boyfriends car now drives brand new. We got our wheel barring fixed and ignition fixed. We also got all of our control arms replaced and he took off the labor costs for the back ones. He worked to find the best prices for us and paid for one of the pieces that was needed. They offered us payment plans if we needed, which is a cool option. The multiple Franks working here are really friendly and awesome. It really seems like a fun family business. This place is #1 and we will come back if we ever need anything done.

I had my check engine light come on and called and spoke with Frank who told me to bring my car in. The service at this place was amazing, if you are having any care problems please bring your car to Frank. He took the time out to call multiple shops for parts just to make sure I got the best rate.

Recommend by my dad, on how great they treated him on engine work for his Wrangler. They went above and beyond for the work on my Durango R/t, just great work, very fair pricing, and just a joy to deal with, Frank, Frank and Danielle, which seems rare in this world now, no con job or BS, just matter of fact. Would highly recommended them, and for me they are 20 miles from where I live, worth every penny!!

I was referred to prestige by a close friend who has been using them for 25 years. I brought my vehicle and around noon they were fast, honest, and very fair priced I am using them again today for tires. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants, their vehicle worked on by someone who does quality work without lying and adding extra stuff. I can feel comfortable that what I am being told is the truth and that I have received great customer service and quality work.

Man, look, I just left prestige auto shop, and I'm telling you the best decision I made going there. Frank worked with me on the price, and I even suggested a solution to cut my price down from $600 to just $200 💯 other places would have tried to get every cent out of you.. he's honest, fair, and definitely a great person.. my new mechanic shop now

Drove down from New York. Walked into the shop and Frank, Brittany and staff took great care of me. I needed some oil and a few other things and they made sure I when I left I was good to go and safe. I am glad to have found a good shop. I will be coming back. Highly recommend! Frank is an one of kind owner with skilled mechanics that repaired engine issues on a BMW 435i. The repair, service, ensurance and honesty was so excellent we drove the 2nd BMW over 6 hours from our home to have it fixed.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Prestige. Frank is very communicative, efficient and is by far the one mechanic my family trusts. We have a wheelchair accessible van and found many shops didn't know how to work on them. Never an issue at prestige, and problems are solved without leaving us days without a vehicle. If you've got a lift in your vehicle...rest assured they have the capacity to lift and work on them. If you're looking for honest, fair, and efficient...this is your place. 😃

I went in for the first time today around late afternoon expecting to leave my car there overnight thinking they wouldn't get to it before closing. Within 25 minutes, my car was fixed and ready to go. Quick fix and excellent customer service. If you're used to dealership mechanics, do yourself a favor, and bring it here instead.

Absolutely great experience. Was my first time going into a mechanic shop and the owner Frank was straight forward, didn't push for anything that wasn't necessary, told me the issues fixed what i wanted to get fixed and while waiting there even had interesting conversation would 100 percent recommend this place.

Prestige Auto....thank you!!! Frank and Kyle saved me so much money. I went to TPlus and had quote of $1K for an alternator and labor I was like hell no!!! Called Big Frank up .....had my SUV towed, had an alternator installed, new radiator, new battery that was damaged delivered not once but twice bc Frank caught that new battery wasn't good either (free under warranty) so they replaced it twice, hoses, antifreeze a few other items all under the price TPlus gave me! So integrating and honesty are extremely important to them...thank you! Ed

I went there because my tire sensor light came on as I was traveling to work. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles from the owners, Frank and his son. Who stopped what they were doing, to assist by checking all four tires on my vehicle and putting air in all four tires. The service they provided was prompt and courteous, of which they did not charge me anything which I thought was very kind of them.

I have been using himFor the last 2 years for all my auto problems I've had small minor problems and they helped me fix them for a very low prices. He is my mechanic for life!!! Thanks for all the help and excellent work. Update Prestige did it again fixed my car in one day with only a few hours notice and saved me hundreds of dollars for car rental. Frank and his crew at prestige are top notch and honest mechanics. If you need it, they'll let you know. If you don't need it, they'll let you know that too. Do you have a part that you want someone to put on? They'll put on your own part! In short, this is a great mechanic shop I would do business there if I were you!

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from Ms. Britney :) super friendly and very understanding!!! I have never been to a car place in my life with such kindness I wish they were located where I lived!! (St Pete) I walked in shaking she helped lighten the mood when my cars belt broke and I could not drive that car. I parked it on the other business and they were able to fix my car and gave me no issues with the way it came in. I met the mechanic Mr. Steve and he was super funny and kind. He was so determined to make sure my car was back on the road and essentially made what seemed impossible, possible!! I asked him a genuine question and if they thought it was worth it and if it could drive me back, and given his expert knowledge he knew I’d be okay. My car came in looking like it was totaled I don’t know about any auto repair place with such high moral! I had been scammed and taken advantage of by places like Tire Kingdom in the past, where it is hard to trust any location but I was super lucky to have met these guys! They even compare and match prices. In total I came out like a bandit from my repairs compared to any other location! If I went anywhere else I was guaranteed to be spending half or more of what my car costs. If I can I’d go out of my way to make appointments here! I met the owner Mr. Frank and he too was such a sweetheart! He came in and got right to work. They gave me a taco out of kindness, and I had been going through a rough time before my car incident that they really touched my heart, and reminded me of the good some people have. Anyone doing any services here are super lucky! I honestly wish I lived closer because they were so charismatic that I’d probably walk in just to talk to them. You rarely meet good people anymore so that numbing feeling of people who are constantly rude was wiped away instantly and hadn’t had good laughs like that in a while. It felt like I came In a total stranger and walked away feeling loved like a family member. They truly care about what they do here and have no problems showing you that too. 100000/10. Took several vehicles in for repair and each time was quoted way more work than was requested including work that had been performed weeks earlier. Dishonest policies and poor customer service. High prices and not impressed with work performed. Was quoted $60 for top shelf oil that's available for $20. Will not go here again and will not recommend to anyone!!!!!

Very helpful and very quick turnaround. Tire bearing was fixed and car was back to me within 2-3 hours. Will definitely be bringing my cars here for repair in the future.

Went to the dealer and two other shops and they couldnt find out my ac issue. the dealer said i needed 1500 dollars worth of work and other shops said i needed about 750 dollars worth of work. talked with the owner frank and his diagnostic guy steve. they were able to fix my car super quick like an hour and a half to diagnose and fix it. it was just 129 because i had a loose wire. there was nothing wrong with my ac! i will definitely be coming back.
