I used to be a regular here before the recent merger. While the service remains excellent, I’ve noticed that along with adding 'Prestige' to the name, the prices seem to have adopted a 'Prestige' level as well. For my vehicle, prices have essentially doubled in some areas. When I brought this up, the person at the front desk responded with a dismissive, "No way, prices have stayed the same." Great service overshadowed by pricing that now competes with dealership rates.

The service at Prestige Auto Tech was amazing. They handled everything; from the pick up and tow of my vehicle to their shop, diagnostics, and repairing with OEM parts. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they kept me current on the status of my repair, were transparent about the costs, and provided estimates for additional mechanical issues they discovered. As an added bonus, they gave my car an amazing wash and vacuum. The interior looked and smelled better than it has since I got the car., the exterior was spotless. 100% would recommend.

Excellent facility from the moment you walk in. At the front desk you are greeted by three friendly and very professional technicians. They explain in detail everything about your mechanical situation making you feel that your car will be in good hands. I was very grateful with the attention received and the work done. Thank you..Hernan for explaining me about the payment alternatives, in my case it was urgent. And they even gave me the car washed. 💯🙂

The Prestige Staff is so nice, courteous, professional & polite. I had a great experience getting my vehicle serviced (routine maintenance). If I could have given more stars, I would. They also have WiFi, Coffee etc. so it was convenient to be able to work while I was waiting!

First time happy customer. Great experience, friendly service, clean shop. The gentlemen at the front desk were quick to put me at ease and address my vehicle emergency. I found this place thanks to Google and I am so grateful. The price was similar or better to a national shop, they include a car wash when finished. My car stalled at a gas station. I was near another national car repair shop and thankfully they were able to start my vehicle to get it to their shop. Once there they determined that a new battery was needed. Unfortunately the battery is not easily replaced as it’s located under the driver seat requiring more than usual effort. The real issue came when they advised me that they could not figure out how to reset the codes on the vehicle, as required, once they replaced it! Really?! This job was a $650+ job and you don’t know how to do it? The nearest national dealership shop was 1.5 hours away, this was a Friday afternoon around 4pm! They casually left me to figure it out myself. Prestige Auto Tech had the parts and knowledge to take care of my car in a professional and experienced manner. Thank you!

Thank you Raul for being so helpful & very open about my car & for taking very good care of my baby i took my 2020 Mercedes Benz S560 in on Friday 9/27 for a replacement of the oil pump and raul informed me it’ll be ready by Thursday 10/4 of the following week which to me was amazing (no shop takes less than a week for anything) & he called me a day before wednesday 10/3 explaining my car was ready for pick up & even courtesy washed my car! thank you to all the guys at prestige for their delicacy & hard work!

I strongly advise to stay away from this shop. I give them two stars. One because the car runs and the second star for them correcting what they did wrong after we called them out on installing a junk yard engine instead of the quoted new engine. ASK THEM FOR PROOF OF NEW PARTS INSTALLED AND YOU WILL WITNESS THIS FOR YOURSELF. We took them a car that has been in a flood, They said the car needed a new engine. Their quote stated "new engine" We approved the quote and they got to work. A few weeks later we got a call saying the car was ready. We show up to pick up the car and inspect the replaced engine. When we open the hood, you can clearly notice the engine was replaced with a junkyard engine - it still had the yellow markings from the junkyard as proof. We bring up the question as to why the engine is not a new engine and Christian (Rep) tells us that it’s a refurbished engine and that they will give us the same warranty. So now we ask him to show us paperwork confirming that this is in fact a refurbished engine, his response was " We cannot provide you with those details, its internal information"; at this point he knew he was caught in their lie, and we weren't going to let the insurance pay them unless we got new engine installed. He said that GM didn't have the engine in stock, and this was the reason they went with a so-called refurbished engine - we called GM in front of him and confirmed that GM could supply the engine in 5-7 days. Tail between his leg, he said "We will order the new engine from GM now". To their defense, they did correct the situation. Beware: If a shop can't show you proof that what is being installed in your car is new, they have something to hide. There is always a packing slip, invoice or some kind of paper trail. After speaking to an ex-employee of theirs, he said they get away with this all the time. Not this time...
