My experience with Prestige was chaotic (in a good way) I brought my Chevy Tahoe 2015 to get it repaired. I tried having everything get financially covered through my warranty but unfortunately the warranty didn’t go through with covering the repairs. In the 2 months that the vehicle sat in their yard. Ramses (front desk) did an outstanding job trying to get the warranty to get my Tahoe covered. Although they declined he tried and tried many times to get them to cover it. Which I’m very thankful for that. At some point I felt like they were going to give up on me but they never did. I couldn’t afford the repairs and brought the vehicle home but overall. Their staff is great. They detected the problem my vehicle has and I will do my best to save money and bring it to them to repair it. Their staff is great at working with you. They will go the extra mile for you. I tip my hat for that. So to anyone NEW , these people will CARE for you and take CARE of you. THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT & CARING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Prestige Auto was recommended to me by my coworker. From my very first visit in August 2024 I had the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto shop. The customer service was excellent. They were able to get me in the same day for an oil change and they even text me to remind me when it was time for another oil change. What I love is that I get to see my car diagnostic on a big screen TV from the waiting room. Thank you prestige for being on top of my maintenance. I feel very confident with your honesty. This is my place now. Thank you Remsi ! I don’t know if I’m spelling your name right but you have help me the two times that I’ve been there and you’ve explained everything in detail to where I understand. Thank You for your great customer service!

I've been going to Prestige Auto Works for many years. I would never go anywhere else. They've been upfront and honest about repairs needed. My goal is to reach 300000 miles on my truck. & they'll get me there! I highly recommend Prestige Auto Works.

I have been taking my car to Prestige for a few years now. They are wonderful. If I could give them unlimited stars I would. They are always friendly and very helpful. I have an older car that they have helped keep me from having to purchase a new car. Keep up the good work.

A co-worker recommended Prestige and they did not disappoint. My Mercedes ML 350 wouldn’t start. Prestige quickly diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road. The staff is very courteous and polite. I highly recommend this auto repair shop, especially if you have a German made automobile.

Every time I’ve brought my car in, I’ve received exceptional service. The staff is friendly, professional, and honest. They always take the time to explain the work being done and answer any questions I have. Most importantly, I’ve never had a single issue after leaving the shop—they do the job right the first time. I have now used Prestige Auto Works twice for my old car. They’re very kind, considerate, and efficient. The front desk always explains every question I’ve had. They’ve always been able to fit my car in same day that I call. I would recommend them for all your mechanical needs!

This is the second car I've brought to Andre and the team at Prestige Auto Works. They take such good care of my BMW, and their rates are far less than the dealership. They are thorough and will make sure the work is done correctly the first time. And Stephanie at the front desk is great also. When I am in town, this is my go to car place!

I can't remember the last time I was as enthusiastic about writing a review for a business as I am about writing this one. I brought my 2015 Honda CR-V in w/ a performance issue that the dealer was unable to find after three separate attempts. I left the car overnight w/ Andre at Prestige and in the morning, he had the problem solved. The drive to South Sacramento from Arden Town is a very small price to pay for the all around outstanding service received from Andre and Stephanie.

They diagnose quickly and provide a great write up with pictures of what needs fixing. We won't take our cars anywhere else! Both Stephanie and Ramses will take great care of you!

I have taken my cars to get their Prestige checkup done for the last few months. I have the cars on Turo which adds some urgency to the repairs. All my expectations have been exceeded by their attention to detail and to customer service. It is nice to have an option for my Tesla other than Tesla itself. I needed a place to get my car serviced now that my dealership service plan was expired. The dealership quoted me a price for my 60K mile service that seemed high to me, so I looked around for a family owned business that I could support. Prestige not only was more reasonably priced, the customer support was excellent, great communication, and friendly staff. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and I feel confident my car was taken care of professionally. I loved the detailed report with pictures they provided me. I found my new service shop!

I originally took my Ram 1500 to another shop, thinking I had a cracked CV boot on the front axle. They inspected it and told me nothing was wrong, but I was skeptical. There was a significant amount of grease accumulating in the wheel well, so I decided to dig a bit deeper myself. After confirming the crack in the boot, I reached out to a friend who works for Snap-On to recommend a reliable mechanic. Without hesitation, he said, 'Take it to Andre at Prestige Auto Works.' I called Prestige, and they got me in the same day to drop off the truck. They diagnosed the issue correctly and ordered the part immediately. In less than 24 hours, my truck was back in service—and at about half the cost of what the dealership quoted. The entire process was seamless, with regular status updates and even follow-up check-ins to make sure everything was perfect. The team at Prestige Auto Works genuinely knows their stuff, and they’ve absolutely earned my business from here on out

The best experience I ever have at Prestige Auto Works. Stephanie, she’s the service manager in this auto shop, she’s awesome. They took care of my car with excellent service and made me so happy. If you have problems with your car, this is the right and best place to go. It’s highly recommended . I am so happy that I finally found a place for my cars to be taken care of. This shop is always busy anytime I bring in my car, but I see that as a good sign for a mechanic shop. The staff is good at communicating the work that needs to get done and they complete the work within an expected amount of time. I’ve been happy with the work this shop has done on my vehicle.

Yes, they took the time to make sure my parts where good before applying them to my vehicle.... it took awhile for my parts to arrive however they are great calling and informing you the process. They are pretty good. I will Give them a try. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful automotive repair shop! Very thorough inspection of my car, that included pictures, fair pricing, excellent communication and wonderful staff. Mechanics placed paper mats over my carpeting, for cleanliness and my car is running perfectly now. I would recommend Prestige Auto Works to friends and family. A+++++++ Service. A cut above the rest.

This place did an excellent job repairing my car. Had a bad axel and my car had a really bad rumbling problem. But brought it in and Frank and his team were able to fix it up like new. Really good people who are welcoming, give detailed feedback, and will work with you closely within your means. Highly recommend these guys!
