Torsten was great for my first service with my Ferrari. He found items other shops missed (or were dishonest about) and had great communication throughout. The car was done on time at a fair price. I will be going back for services on my Ferrari!

Very rare to find a shop this good! I have been using Prestige for the last 10 years. I have managed and worked at various performance automotive shops and businesses. My father taught auto shop for 40 years. I have seen it all. Torsten is honest and reliable, but more importantly he tries to help the customer. Difficult to find this level of excellence and integrity anywhere, let alone the automotive industry. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Dealer manufacturer's warranty ended. So, I researched to find a trust worthy East Bay shop to service my Macan. Torsten was responsive + helpful answering my pre-appointment question and provided a detailed estimate. He is a great communicator, friendly, offered fair pricing, and had my car finished on time. Great prices and super friendly/involved owner. They charged literally 1/4 the price I was quoted at the dealer for my Lamborghini. Apparently they work with Ferraris, most German makers aside from Mercedes. I also saw some Alfa Romeo and Rolls Royce cars outside the shop. Highly recommend.

Brought my Maserati in with a check engine light on. Prestige quickly found and fixed the problem without trying to add on the $2500 worth of things they found and "recommend" that have nothing to do with what you brought the car in there for. All in all an honest shop that knows what they are doing and only fixes what needs to be fixed without jerking you around or talking down to you like so many other shops.

I took in my new (old) Fiat after purchasing out of state and can’t clear CA Emissions. Torsten got me in right away so I could register the car. There are issues with codes and getting ready for emissions testing. Great guy, continues to work with and guide me to do what’s needed … and he’s not charged me because the issues seem computer related that a Fiat dealer may need to resolve.

Prestige Autohaus far exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they communicated with me throughout the process to confirm the car was received (I dropped car off after hours), when it would be ready, what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they started the work. When I arrived to pick up my car the technician showed me the parts they replaced and clearly pointed out why the original parts were worn. Great people and vefy honest.

Prestige is the only place I go to for repair work to my car. Top notch service and fair pricing makes them the best! I like that I can drop off car; shop in downtown Walnut Creek, have lunch and walk back to pick up car.

Thorsten the owner did took care of me and my problem with the none working A/C system of my 2013 Audi A3 TDI. The Audi Dealer estimated $5,500 !!! I paid about $1,500 here! Excellence and fast service, fair pricing. Highly recommended alternative to the totally overpriced dealership services. A win-win experience.
