Another Update: I have been back twice since my last update. I got both the most expensive and second most expensive packages. Both times, The windows came out worse than when I took it in. They were extremely streaky and hard to see through when the sun came through the glass. The inside was never really wiped down or cleaned very well. The exterior wash is fine but for this price, there are lots of other options at a better price. UPDATE: After initially giving 5 stars and a glowing review, I have to say that I am no longer impressed. This weekend, I took 3 cars over 2 days. The first car was done good. The second car must have been lost - it took 45 minutes and people were coming and going as I sat there waiting. The 3rd car was the bigger issue. I arrived 10 minutes prior to close and sat there. Once it hit closing time, they waived me to leave. I came back the next day and the equipment broke so I had to come back later. I did. When I got the car, the cleaning was not great. 3 of the 4 wheels were done, back window missed completely and front window done so bad that I had to reclean to take out the dirt streaks. I will look for a new place to go. Initial Review I really like this car wash. I've been to many different car washes and I find Prestige to always do a great job. I have not used detailing services, just basic cleaning outside and interior. I am very satisfied each time I go there.

Love this place! They do a great job on my car, both inside and out and the waiting room couches are super comfortable. They cost just about the same as the DIY places and unlike those places where you do most of the work, you can just relax while they do all the cleaning for you. I've also had a full detail on my wives car here and they did a fantastic job with that too.

Terrible service. Never really liked them from previous times I have tried them. But was in a hurry as they are closer to where I live. They ended up doing such a substandard job with the most basic areas inside the car left dirty. Extremely lazy job by the team. Also, my car was the only car in when I gave it so they were not busy at all .. to have given them the benefit of doubt. I am sorry that they waste such a good opportunity to serve their customers well. Not to mention that they are not the cheapest service around. Very disappointed

My car looks like new inside and out! I was concerned because I had stains on the seats but they did a great job removing them. The exterior has that shiny new look. Abe and Alberto were very professional and I will be definitely be coming back again. This is best car wash and detail you can get for the value hands down.

Sami is an amazing person! I can’t praise him highly enough!!! I had my car vacuumed, washed and the headlights restored. The team did a good job but the headlights that Sami cleaned look crystal clear! On top of that, he went above and beyond to remove scrapes on the driver’s side of the car where I had been in an accident! I don’t know how he did it, unbelievable, and I didn’t even ask him to! He said he just wanted to do it for me. What a Godsend and a blessing! Thank you so much Sami, and I’ll be back for my car washes!

These guys are amazing, especially Abe. I’ve had multiple cars detailed here, which has always been quick and fairly priced. I took my current car in recently because the floor of my car was flooded and mold was forming all over. They basically took apart the entire interior of my car, deep cleaned, and put it back together. Looks brand new—even on the outside which they took care of for almost no extra cost.

This is the most unprofessional and worst place. You can take your vehicle in all of Tampa Florida. Not only are the owners, rude and unsupportive, but it’s almost like they hire people directly off the street. If you wanna leave here with a dirtier car than you came with, possible, structural damage, and extremely unsatisfied, take your car to this car wash. The owner is a slob, and it clearly rubs off on the rest of the place.

I purchased "The Works" wash, which cost over $40 with tax. Afterward, my car was covered in water spots, and the interior looked like it hadn't even been touched. I returned and, thankfully, an employee named Gabriel cleaned the inside and conditioned the leather as it should have been done the first time. This is by far the worst car wash in Tampa. Do not waste your time and money here.

I took my wrangler mudding with my wife, and boy howdy did we get the wrangler muddy. After an initial rinse at home, I took the Jeep in for full detailing including undercarriage, engine block, interior including steam vac clean, and exterior including waxing and buffing. They spent 2 hours and did a great job. My wrangler looks brand new! Thanks for all your hard work!

Called ahead of time to make sure their tunnel is brushless because I have a yukon xl denali ultimate and can't have brushes hitting my car. Girl on phone confirmed yes it's brushless. As time is valuable to me I made the trip come to find out the Spanish girl barely understood me and yes they have brushes in the tunnel wash. Also was treated rude. 1st time here and not coming back. You take it as you want but I'd skip this place.

They took such great Job of my car! The owner Ab and the whole staff is really great with costumer service and making sure you are taken care of. he made sure my car was all ready for my drive to new York! With the oil change, checking my transmission fluid, car wash, and going out of his way to let me know I needed new windshield wipers! If you have any questions he more than happy to help! He also is going out of his way to check my tires too see if I need new ones even though they don't even do that here! Also car wash is looking so nice! If you have any car needs make sure to come here and they will take care of you!

Very happy with results a week later even in all the tampa traffic and construction and pollen. The first 3 days I received so many compliments on how clean my vehicle was. Well worth the quality and value. Appreciate the great service in a great location.

Paid for the deluxe car wash only to get my car back and still see crumbs/dust everywhere. When I brought it to their attention they all got an attitude. So if you go get the most basic cheapest wash bc they won’t clean it anyway!

I should have read reviews first . I paid for the deluxe $23.99 plus taxes and I threw my money away. I'm not asking for a detail , but a least put some effort is doing the job . I had to stop and clean my car again while I called the place immediately and he was super rude telling me I had to come back so he believe me because ANYBODY could call and ask for a refund. The car completely dirty inside and stained outside after the wash . I can do a better job with no tools . Please don't throw your money away and read reviews before going to places like this .
